I called Frankie and he asked me to email some some information.
I wasn't expecting the returns on the same day but after a couple of hours and few follow up questions two returns were done and I didn’t even need to leave home.
After thinking we were going to have to pay a tax bill this year, both of us receiving a refund was the icing on the cake.

Last year we asked them to review/audit our local PnC and canteen books for our primary school PnC, They didnt listen to our request/instructions to forever to do a very simple task and we had to threaten legal action to get our records back after over 5 requests from the PnC President. I would not recommend.

Inconsiderate and Rude, Even the Manager was extremely Rude and just wanted money. I saw a lady for 30mins, inputted some info, never discussed fees or anything. Wasn't happy with there service, then they insisted and threated legal action on me paying $600 for the meeting.
The receptionist was very rude hung up on me and the manager threated legal action on me. Be very careful!
