Mundrabilla Roadhouse reviews
60Had a sound night sleep facing and on the ancient roe plain. Plus friendly staff and fresh cooked meals.
On the way, I stopped by after seeing a sign that said cheap fuel, but petrol is not available.
Best roadhouse on the Nullabor! We stayed on our way to the east coast and in our way back, best service I’ve ever received. We could have our pet dog with us which was a huge bonus. The bathroom needs a little work but the showers hot and the beds are comfortable. Definitely a hidden gem on the trip across. Food was amazing, real Aussie tucker and the friendly staff just topped off the stay. Well done guys
Very welcome and friendly service, good food and cold beer.
Stayed at the Caravan Park. Toilets and showers are clean and tidy, and it's half way between Norseman and Ceduna give and take.
Bathrooms for the caravan park need a bit of a revamp. But do the job. Food in roadhouse was okay. Caravan park is a windy spot to keep the flies at bay. Staff were really friendly. Hot tap water a strange colour and the signs say not to do dishes in it.
Travelling back to Geelong from visiting the west, found this little gem of a roadhouse, the food was fabulous, the rooms are old (but so are we) but clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. Thank you both husband and I enjoyed our stay
Best value Roadhouse across the Nullabor.
Friendly staff greet you with a smile.
Old but clean amenities that are separate from the travellers showers, etc. The caravan park fee of $25.00 (powered) includes showers with a good size cubicle. A good selection on the food menu is available all day.
Plenty of diesel is available, but currently, no ULP. Great spot thankyou.
The nicest roadhouse i seen across the nullarbor.clean room, friendly staff, big menu and good food (-:
Rooms are basic, does the job. Good for value.
Bar is welcoming, big area out the back.
Breakfast, is worth making the stop for. 10/10
Some places you just have to stop for fuel and food, this is one of them, nothing special here except a pot holey drive way
Very good food.
Good size portions and high quality.
It’s not cheap as everything along this highway.great and friendly service and was not a problem to serve my gluten free friend.
Give them a shout out/ new owners living out there under those remote conditions; we’ll done with good services
Stopped on my journey east. Weather halted my trip. Accommodation wasnt available. Had to sleep in my car.
I was able to use the showers provided for the truckies.
The showers are in a couple of old rooms out the back.
Sad to say that the room I used was terrible.
I feel sorry for the truck drivers who need to use these facilities. Great idea but clean them up.
Old blankets, personal affects and old clothes lying around.
Surely more accommodation could be installed for the increase in traffic.
New owners, I'd love to give 5 stars but as the others have said, whole place is a little outdated.
Extremely friendly staff, great food and without a doubt, the best beer garden along the way. I have no doubt this place will be brought back to its former glory and beyond in no time.
And for the people who give 1 star reviews and complain about the diesel only, it's well and truly signposted on the nearest fuel stations on each side and also the national road signs along the way. If you're unable to pay attention to signage, well...
Only sell diesel fuel
Have good cafe and rest area, easy pull in lots of space large flat area.
Great roadhouse for a stopover, staff very friendly and helpful, food good quality and quantity. Caravan park has no potable water on sites. Certainly stop here again. Thanks
Bypass this place honestly as in polite words it is a total rip-off. Beautiful location and it is quiet rest stop for the night but expect to pay ridiculous prices. As followers know I do travel a lot, and this place does rank in the lowest in value for your money.
Fuelled up here and got lunch. Lovely lunch and despite being understaffed they were great
Great Coffee (Barista) & Cheese Muffins (Home Made) by a delightful young lady. I also spotted the Chef? He was smokin hot. Thanks Guys.
Stopped in for a toasty and hot chocolate early on a Saturday morning. Young lady who served me was pleasant and young man who made fresh toastys was pleasant and willing to provide any filling I required. Not easy working in remote locations and getting up early on a weekend so I commend them on their customer service!
