Mullaloo Plaza reviews
9 Often go to IGA as it's convenient due to its opening timing
It's like 24 x7 type
Dardy IGA plaza to get cash out free of charge 24/7 for those special late night goods 6025 rep bahahah
Glad that finally some modernisation and redevelopment of the Plaza is occurring - much needed and long overdue. Mullaloo is a Blue Chip suburb and yet the aesthetic state of the Mullaloo Plaza, its carpark and surrounding landscaping paints the picture of a ramshackle, low-socio-economic setting (which doesnt match the suburb).
The most pressing concern for residents is the absolute destitute state of the carpark. There are more potholes than craters on the moon. The Asset Manager and Owner need to red do the entire carpark as their chosen approach for the last 10 years has been to simply dab fresh tar onto old potholes that simply crumble after a few months.
No only are the potholes hazardous to vehicle tyres and a trip hazard to pedestrians, they are unsighlty and make entering the shopping centre unpleasant due to the swerving or bumps.
It really is a no-brainer to finally and definitely fix this issue but no one wants to actually get it done. The can cannot be kicked down the road any further. Management owe it to tenants and residents alike to maintain a safe carpark.
Great shopping centre with a terrible car park full of holes that just keep getting bigger as they are not repaied properly
Need to drop the bandaid approach and fix it once and for all
Much improved since the interior update was completed, which was a while ago now. Always seems clean and tidy in the public areas. The IGA is 24 hours a day which is awesome, although I have only used it during the night a few times. The areas for improvement are undoubtedly the exterior. It looks shabby, and the carpark is full of potholes. The exterior signage could do with an upgrade too.
It'll be interesting to see what the new restaurant will be like.
Great IGA. Shame the coffee shop wasn't open. 200pm would think they would have been. Lots of people shopping here so the foot traffic had nowhere to sit and chat. Shame really.
Nice little shopping center. 24hr IGA has lots of goodies, Bakers Delight, Newsagent, Bottle Shop, can't go wrong!
IGA open 24hours and bakers delight early morning for before school running to the shops if you have run out of anything
Great little shopping centre.
Good selection of small shops to browse in
Great IGA and cafe
