Have not been to the practice for 13 years and after today am kicking myself for not getting an alignment sooner as I deal with Arthritis in the Spine and Sacro-illiac joint.

Stepping off the table my practitioner said that was quite an alignment and your body is going to want to push back, so makes sure you go for a walk.

I have not walked for months, but it felt great.

I have had back problems for alot of years nothing serious but always have trouble finding someone that fixes me in one session. I had Alana treat me in different ways that i haven't seen usually by just cracking my back but this modern form of practice i have 100 percent trust in now. There is a difference in a back crackers than someone that puts her heart and sole into there career Alana does that and i definitely recommend her and the business to anyone that needs quality help

Not Recommended at all! The receptionist hang up and didn’t answer the phone 3 times and then answer when I call from a different number. Even though I am an old patient of Sonia for Chiropractic services, the receptionist want me to pay for the new client charges third time again and the same card she played earlier this year and was giving the excuse that more time need to spend. When I ask that is it 45 min or 1 hour sitting, she twisted the question. It’s just pure buisness no more a Nobel medical services. I know Sonia she is very good but this greedy management is just money minded. You go to physio, Doctor they charge only once for new patient. Not again & again!

If I was rude or excepting something extra then please check your call recordings if you have and you will come to know I was rude or not. Don’t simply back up your staff & unacceptable protocols. You should not charge new patients fees again & again as some patients like me can’t afford to come every 2 weeks. This protocol is only good for you not for patients as already it’s hard to survive in Perth with the current economy. Your staff needs to be trained and if you want to charge new patients fee it should be with a minimum sitting time also. It’s not easy to spend $90 for 15 to 20 minutes every time. Anyhow it’s your business.

Fantastic Chiropractors and excellent massage therapists! Appointments available 7 days and during the week you can get in at 8am before work or at 6.45pm after work. The gap payments with my HCF Health insurance are very reasonable, due to good value tretment fees.
