Was nice spending time with my daughter today and found it quite relaxing. Items to pick to paint are bit over the top in regards to price but other than that still a nice experience.

Should definitely consider closing over the summer time or invest in ventilation throughout. Staff were super friendly and supplied water and an ice pack as we were SWEATING.
Floors definitely need a clean, all our kids socks were BLACK by the end.
Food was okay, the snack board is quite small and the food is over priced considering the fact you cannot bring your own.
Also the idea of requiring a key is great though so unnecessary for the kids areas in order for the children to get out.added to the hot sweaty mess.
Definitely will come back but in the winter time when I’m not going to be a hot sweaty mess chasing after my 3 year old lol.
Staff were kind and patient and appreciated.

Great concept, ceramic painting, pottery and play centre all in one.
The ceramics pieces available were very limited. Very few mugs, available. Finished product styles eg ornate mugs weren't available, letters eg Letter A as on display weren't available either.
Need clothes or paper towel at table to use when working for hands n table.
Overall we enjoyed our Sunday morning painting with our family.

Disorganized, unfriendly and unprofessional. I’m so sad to have given them a second chance.

First time I came here for a birthday - we had booked a ceramics workshop for 6 and we were left waiting for 20+ minutes while staff ignored us and failed to help us get set up or started.

Then when we came to pick up our items they just said They couldn’t find my items and stared blankly at me when I offered solutions- such as letting me look for them, or checking my receipt.

I recently tried them again- hoping it was a once off- but it was worse! You’re left waiting and ringing at the counter for someone to help you. The options to choose from were dismal and overpriced. Halfway through painting my item started shedding layers and had multiple cracks (clearly bought cheap from a terrible supplier). I brought this to their attention and they said “sorry you’ve already started” and so I just had to keep going? When I asked for a receipt they said not to worry- but the last time I had come they lost my items so to no shock- today they couldn’t find my items either!

They've failed to update hours online and simply ignored me knocking at the door to pick up items during their advertised open times. The poor staff member working under the grumpy, rude owner looked at me clearly completely uncomfortable after being told to lie to me about the items being “taken elsewhere for the day”- despite knowing full well that this is not the case and that all fired items are kept in store. My poor child had to be consoled and I had to explain what it meant for her to see her item, and then hear a lie about it being “taken away for the day”- a discussion on blatant dishonesty that I was not ready to have!

It’s just sad. It’s so sad. I hope their awful customer service is known to all before you waste your time and money here.

I must note that employee - Kalani has been very helpful and I hope she gets out of this employment and is seen for the phenomenal customer service she has provided.

The vibes are great, there was some communication issues surrounding the booking on the day but it all worked out in the end. We made some beautiful pieces and can't wait to pick them up

Had an amazing night doing paint and sip here. Definitely an experience to be repeated. And during the day an amazing place for the little ones to burn off energy while you have a quiet coffee and snack

Cockroaches in the toilets, the baby change table is in clear view for everyone entering to see my child's private parts. Absolutely appalling.
The whole place needs professional cleaners in
I don't think the kids equipment has ever been cleaned.
There was dust, paper and just general build of God knows what in the baby area, floor was filthy.

Going to report this to the health department

My twin toddlers loved climbing, building, trampolining and running around! The slide is their personal favourite!

It's a nice centre but to be honest the whole place needs a bit of a scrub cos it's pretty dirty, especially the restroom facilities (no offence!). I think the gated play areas need fewer big toys; so that it's less overwhelming, as it's a bit hard to move around or set up the sensory toys efficiently to play with.

Overall the kids loved it and we will go again. It was less than 15 bux (total) for both of my boys; so not super expensive either. Great for windy, rainy days like today!

The baby play area was filthy! All the balls need a clean toys need to be rotated! We both got the runs disgusting! Either from cafe or baby room!

Kids really enjoy going there picking out a piece and sitting down to paint it. Once we pick it up glazed they are so happy to show it to all their friends and visitors whenever they get too.

I have been here twice upon my first visit it was quiet and peaceful we chose to paint our chosen item. This is a great place if you need somewere to talk with a friend or birthday gatherings. Or to just bring out your child's creative side.

Mug and Brush is a beautiful space to relax and be creative. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, the food and drink is super yummy and the play area is great for the kids to burn off a little energy. We highly recommend Mug and Brush.

Very expensive school holiday activity. There were very little ceramic items to choose from with no one giving assistance or help which would have been great seeing as it was our first experience of the place. We were simply told ‘chose your item and the pain is on that table behind you’. Unfortunately we will not be back and we do not recommend.

Great place to occupy my kids of various ages. Differentiated play area helps to keep the younger kids away from the faster older kids. Ceramic art was a good break from play too.

I booked my 3 grandchildren in for painting and play, when I arrived the next day, my booking could not be found. It is very obvious that their book keeping system is not efficient. When I went to pick-up the art, not all pieces were available. I was questioned if I had paid for it. Then told that it would take 4 weeks to find. Not good enough

The coffee has improved greatly, it seems to be because they have consistent staff members that actually know how to make a coffee, which is great. It's a shame they only have 2 sizes small and large but the large is actually a regular size anywhere else but they charge $6.25 for it.

They have improved a lot. It is a lot cleaner than before. I love their birthday party packages. Staff are very helpful throughout the procedures.
