Muffin Break Wanneroo

Monday 30/01/2023 grabbed a coffee frappe with cream. Very disappointed, supposed to be thick with ice, was more like a simple iced coffee with cream. Can't say there was even Any ice in it.

Went here on sunday about 1.30pm, ordered 2 Ham and cheese croissants they were very dry and cold. Cheese wasn't melted. Disappointed again another time had banana bread that was dry and hard, when i mentioned it to the staff member i was told it should be toasted. No it doesn't as i have never had it toasted anywhere else. More like you toast it to try cover that it is old and stale

Coffee okay. Was not offered size choice of coffee. The deal of coffee and a toasted sandwich for $10 90 is misleading. You get a small cup of coffee and a ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. It looked nothing like the advertised picture. They gave it in cheap white bread and no tomato. Their response was they are premade and that is what you get.

Went this afternoon ordered 2 ham and cheese toasties and 2 coffees. The long black coffee was awful and not very hot! May have been the long wait! Toasties were incinerated! Even ham was burnt where it was hanging out. Not good service. Maybe should have an older member of staff present instead of just schoolkids!

28min wait for a hot chocolate a cookie and a muffin. No acknowledgement of the long wait time. The prices need reviewing. $4 for a flat cookie which tasted stale. The top of the muffin was delicious but the rest of it was bland and almost tasted under cooked.

I always go to this place on a Saturday morning when I do my shopping, as Coffee is awesome and the staff are happy and polite

Lovely staff who always have a smile on their face. Make a great coffee and almost always a new muffin flavour to try

Coffe good, food pretty good.
But poorly managed, very dirty. In need of a refresh.

Less focus on making money and more of a focus on customers.

I took my friend to our local muffin break for a simple afternoon tea, we ordered two milkshakes and a cheesecake to share. I was extremely disappointed with what we got, our milkshakes were sickeningly warm and the cheesecake had clearly been out for a few days because it was firm and sour. The whole thing was a complete waste of our money and time. We definitely won't be going to a muffin break after this.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, good loyalty system and the coffee was delicious. The place was really busting and busy. Nice!
