What appears to be the boss at this store is the issue! Breaches food standards when SHE mucks up an order, is rude to staff, treats them disgustingly & equally so to customers who dare to pull her up.
Staff were lovely, table hadn't been wipe but the muffins made up for it.
This time they only got three things wrong with our order. Why did Caffisimos have to shut down?

Regular customer but very disappointed this morning as I requested a skinny cappuccino and got a skinny latte, when I told the assistant I asked for cappuccino she sprinkled chocolate on the top and told me that they are the same, as I'm not a latte drinker I trusted her opinion and clearly they are not the same.
Best coffee and best service from the wonderful staff! Muffins are delicious and fresh, coffee is quick and the selection of other foods are abundant.
