Muffin Break Carousel (Foodcourt) reviews
23I m not a fussy person. But this time really pissed. I m usually buy from muffin break Cannington near wollies (their muffin great and the coffee too), but Tuesday I am in the FOOD COURT area. So I bought from there. 4 for 12.not bad deal. But the muffin lack of topping. I feel like eating plain muffin. First the blueberry muffin. Then apple cinnamon. I can count the pieces. Ghezz. Why cant U add more at least decent amount. So that the apple or blueberry will stand more compare to the doughy muffin. Even muffin from supermarket taste better.
Conveniently located outside Woolworths, one of the better Muffin Break. Coffee is quite decent & muffins are always fresh. Service has always been friendly & swift. Pretty good deal on muffins after certain hours of the day.
No prices on slightly stale-looking food in cabinet. Medium sized takeaway skim flat white coffee at $5.10 was so hot it burnt my tongue a little.
This place is horrible - I have witnessed on two occassions, incidences of workplace bullying - the manager there was so rude to the other staff and her behaviour completely put me off my food.
Good coffee and friendly staffs. It’s a shame that’s people often mix up between two stores in the same shopping. The muffin break (outside Woolworths) is the best out of all Muffin Break I have been. My mother is old, so having table service is an extra point for the store.
One star as I have to use a walker an they would not bring to my table when I was dine in Cockburn muffin break is the best
100% recommend! Staff are super nice, food is yummy and the coffees are amazing (especially the chai latte)! Local and easy to get to:)
Mighty mini meal for kids was filling and good quality and price. Food and coffee delicious, service great.
Very helpful and patient staff. Didn't have much gluten free options though but overall it's a great little Cafe with great coffee and muffins.
Ordered a takeaway carrot cake but got a cheesecake when I opened the container at home. Cashier took my order and even repeated to me I ordered a carrot cake and was shown on POS screen. However when I got home and opened the box, to my great disppointed she had messed up and given me a slice of lemon cheesecake instead!
I have coffee here quite often but I had a yucky flat white this morning. The first sip that I had immediately I felt something not right, was too milky, was warm but not warm enough to be a refreshing coffee. Made me feel sick and wanna vomit so only had 3 sips then I threw away my coffee at work. Was disappointed as it did not brighten my start of the day
Best muffin break I’ve ever been to! They have such a big variety of food options and have great meal deals aswell. The owners treated me well and made sure i was happy with my order (quiche lorraine with beetroot salad and a cappuccino). Hands down best coffee in SOR highly recommend!
We pointed and ordered for chicken and ham slice and was given bacon pie instead. They definitely have the wrong sign from their side. The woman before us ordered the same thing and was given the wrong one as well. Check on ur signs and pay attention to what your customer ordered.
Bought some muffins to take home. Service was quick and polite. When I went to the counter there were three or four customers waiting for their ordered drinks to be made. There is a small seating area but tables are tiny. It can be a noisy place to have a coffee because it's next to a supermarket and lots of people walk past.
Love their today’s salad with cheese and beetroot. Love their cappuccino too. But the server that help me with my pasta, warmed it too much.
I went to Carousel at around 4pm ish and it’s about COB so there was a 4 for $10 special deal by Muffin Break. Went and grabbed four muffins and in fact that was my first time trying the muffins from Muffin Break. I got:
- Chocolate Chip Muffin
- Blueberry Muffin
- Boysenberry Muffin
- Orange Poppyseed Muffin
They all tasted pretty yummy, not too sweet just suits my tastebud. The one that I love the most would be Blueberry Muffin! I really wanted to get the double choc Muffin but it’s all gone by the time I got there so, I’ll definitely try and get that when I visit Muffin Break again.
I expected to be given free muffins for a few months on a trial basis but they insisted on a transaction of something they called "money". I blame the millennials.
The owner seems to believe that people are "entitled" because they expect to be paid for their work. I believe it's exactly the opposite; it's quite entitled to expect labor for free and then whine about it when people won't work for you. Disgusting.
Sorry I couldn't post a picture of the muffin, I ate it too quickly. I look at myself as a pastry connoisseur and when I say the raspberry custard muffin at muffin break in Cannington was good. I MEAN IT. This was delicious and filled with love. So far, my go to places are breadtop and most definitely muffin break. Thanks for the delicious treat!
One of the rearest places in Perth that coffee tastes like coffee. Muffins are generally tastey too. But the triple chocolate one had a bit of strange smell at my last dining. I didn't bother to go and ask for it just ate it as it is. Quick service & friendly staff.
