I’ve always enjoyed my experiences with Muffin Breaks in many locations, this one does not disappoint…
The standout here was service, charming, helpful and effective. The items we ordered were delivered on a tray with all you would need and the most friendly attendant.
Coffee good, Muffins (Apple Cinnamon) great and Chocolate Croissant - Great.
Great selection of coffee sizes accommodating take-away or dine-in.
Location is handy, albeit simply shopping centre vibe - plenty of seating (11 am on a Saturday)

Ordered an Ice chocolate with ice cream and cream but given an ice coffee instead! Requested to change it to ice chocolate but rudely refused and the barrister and cashier rudely argued with me. I had only taken a sip of the drink! I ask for store manager and barrister rudely and sarcastically said “ there is No manager here”! My experience with this Muffin Break outlet is extremely bad and shocking with such primitive and low kind of customer service quality standard. Perhaps Foodco can really looked into this to avoid further damage to their reputations! My transaction was done at about 11.05 am today 29th NOV23.

I love how you include the prices of your wraps in display which makes it easier for customers as well as showing transparency both Sam and I highly recommend to everyone come and support this local family run mum and dad business you wont be disappointed. Went to pick up a chocolate chip muffin today and one of the workers gave me an extra one, free of charge. It was a lovely surprise.

Went here with some friends this afternoon, had amazing service from Raegan. Was so helpful and made the experience superb!

Forgot to charge me for one of my coffees, they called my name while I was on a phone call and very rudely asked me to pay for it. If you make a mistake like that, you just deal with it, don’t force the customer to pay again. Won’t be coming here again

If you happened to be in the area and need a cup of joe, look no further than this place. They have great coffee, a lot savoury food and as their name, their muffin are to die for. They have a lot of flavour to choose from, personally I'd go for the mango cheese muffin and the savoury spinach and fetta. And the best service from the lovely people!

Sharon makes the best Chick Ceaser with bacon & egg & cheese that there should be a public holiday dedicated to it. Wonderful friendly staff, real good people.

Android app for "Muffin break" is not working, starting 07/05/2019. This is too bad, because I cannot claim my free coffees or accumulate new points. I called them and they said that they have replaced the old app with a new one. They advised me to reinstall the app and sent me a link to the new app. When I did so, the Google play store came up with the message: "Your device is not compatible with this version". By the way, my phone is only one month old and it is quite an expensive one too. So it is highly unlikely that the reason for this malfunction is that MY device is outdated. Besides all my other apps work perfectly well, except this new creation for "Muffin break" (which we totally do not need, because the old version was working perfectly well). It seems to me, that the company has found a sneaky way not to honour the free coffee to millions of their customers, who use Android.

Honestly the best coffee, food and super friendly staff who are always really careful with my allergies.i’ve never been to a better cafe!

Well made coffee, big variety of muffins, cakes and sandwiches, clean and tidy place, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for.
