Muffin Break Armadale

Bad service way to long for food and drinks, gave us wrong food, we ordered muffins with butter, gave it to us with no plates or cutlery, when we went up to ask about our muffins she had forgot about it, honestly very horrible, to busy talking to each other. I would give a zero but it's not an option

Coffee tastes like it was made from dishwater. Seems like the girl who served us really enjoys her job NOT. Don’t waste your money on a coffee here, plenty of other coffee shops to try. It’s put me off Muffin break forever.

So disappointed with the meal. The quiche did not look fresh, asked for heated only warm on the edge. Also ordered a piece of carrot cake, but not sure where they found it as it did not resemble anything like carrot cake. Gluddy firm and not nice.

Came in an hour and a half before the listed close time and they were already closing up and refusing service. Amazing.

I waited 20 minutes for a takeaway coffee today. While I was waiting multiple orders were wrong for other people at the tables. When I finally got my $6.20 coffee it was burnt and the milk tasted funny.

There is only one lady doing all the work she needs some other team members to help out she's doing a good job considering she's by herself lovely to chat to other people being rude have not worked in a cafe alone

Waited 15 minutes for a mini meal which is just a toastie and pop top they burnt the toastie because they couldn't keep on top of there orders Also they didn't do the packaging right and the food fell out. Would not recommend!

Sunday afternoon 3pm - Waited 15 mins on a coffee which was only served as a take away. The muffin was raw and doughy on the inside. Only 3 other people dining in. The girl attending to my order will rather chat than attending to clients. I then asked for a spoon - she could not be bothered to bring it. If I did not get up and got it myself, I would still be waiting.

Absolute joke. Went to go order a take away coffee at 4.10pm as I walked up to the counter the girl said the other staff member "I'm not doing anymore coffee, I've closed the machine. " So I just walked away and looked up the trading hours and they are open till 5pm. I work in a cafe and you should still be serving coffee if you are still open, it does not take that long to close down a coffee machine. Won't be returning.

Try the Chicken and Ham Layer Bake. Fresh and tasty. So good we got two pieces to take away as well!
Friendly staff, making sure customers are happy.

Food was amazing, huge serves fit for a Queen! View was fantastic, iced coffee would have been nice as it was an extremely hot day. Nice waitstaff.

The staff here are super friendly and have always made my visit personal and professional.
The coffee here is by far some of the best in Armadale and the speed of service is amazing.
I highly recommend if anyone is in the area and in need of some caffeine.come here and enjoy!

Muffin Break in Armadale Shopping Centre offers a broad range of quality baked goods, and their coffee is very nice. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to. Service is quick as well. I have been here a few times and would come back again. 100% recommend Muffin break!

Muffin Break makes you feel like you need to stop for a break for a muffin if you're into muffins coffees pretty ordinary tastes like not much and that's about it

Warm and friendly.we ordered 2 drinks and a muffin and sat there for quite a while. They didn't ask us to leave or give us that unwelcome look.we felt very welcome and comfortable. A very good place to hang out and prises are reasonably.

or a quick snack for lunch.which-ever.it is prompt and the price is reasonable.

Very nice coffee and hot chocolate. The owner is very nice and always there. He remembers you even if you have only come once before.
