Muffin Break

Took away 2 lattes.didn't drink it until reached my car.so disappointing drer having a sip - super bland! Have to throw them away after the first sip!

The muffins from this place are absolutely delicious and decadent. My favorite one was the Cinnamon Duffin, as a cinnamon lover. I also really enjoyed the lemon muffin, which had a sweet outer layer and a tangy lemon filling. The staff at Muffin Break in Westfield Innaloo are professional and friendly. If you go to Muffin Break just before closing hours, each muffin is on sale for 2 A$, which is a sweet deal!

I took 4 muffins away for staff morning tea which I have to say they were sub-standard, and the Spinach & Feta ones in particular tasted strange with a horribly eggy texture.
I was physically sick a few hours later and one of my colleagues had diarrhoea.
Not good enough for a company that is supposed to be expert in muffins!

Really slow to make our coffee, got the order wrong and weren't particularly friendly. At least the coffee tasted ok, hence giving 3 star instead of 1.
Also leave trolleys of rubbish outside the kiosk in shoppers way which is an OSH issue.

Absolutely amazing! This place is beautiful and staffs are super friendly. The coffee and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. My son love the sprinkle and M&M shortbread! I will definitely going back!

I visit this coffee shop regularly but lately the service has been awful. The staff appear to be incapable of getting the order right. The woman made a mistake and when I went to return it and politely told her who had taken my order that she had given me the wrong thing. Instead of apologising, she responded in a very aggressive manner saying that I was wrong and not her. Unless you want poor customer service, I recommend avoiding this store at all costs.

I ordered 3 combos of tartlets and coffee, tartlet and hot chocolate. Tartlets and salad were nice! Coffee wasn't good as I expected, not sure if I'll come back to get their coffee. Hot chocolate wasn't too bad.
Service was friendly and pretty quick as not too many orders.

Serves great coffee and muffins. A lot of variety of muffins to choose from. May need to wait for some time during peak periods but well worth. Servers are friendly and courteous. They need to indicate the price of items rather than only the calories level though. Overall experience still good.

The two times I have visited here, I've been disappointed with the service. I find that they're quite slow, and sometimes understaffed. I was barely acknowledged by the person who served me this last visit, no greeting, no thank you, or goodbye. It wasn't even that busy when I purchased my item. It's disappointing to see this, as I was a regular at the Muffin Break in Joondalup and found their service to be exceptional.

Sorry guys. Hoping the service picks up as I really quite miss the muffins that Muffin Break do.

I stop in here regularly. Coffee is always good, the service is also reasonably quick considering how busy it often is, and of course the Muffins are always delicious.

We always get excellent customer service from Megan, Jess and India when we visit. They make a great coffee, the food is always fresh, and my toddler always feels welcome too as the girls always say hello to her.:)
