6I was shocked to see my 'special' $10 bacon & egg toasted roll and small black coffee arrive. The eggs were nothing like the photo description of the bacon & egg roll on the advertised sign for this special offer. The eggs in the photo at Phoenix Shopping Centre were like you see when an egg has been fried in a frypan and the bacon too. What I got was a cold and solid rubberlike egg, baked in a tin by a cook, possibly up to 2 days prior and stored in the cold cabinet. It was not freshly cooked at all and NOTHING like your advertisement picture on the counter. I was hungry enough to eat it unfortuneately I shouldv'e taken a photo. The young manager told me the cook does the cooking in advance and the eggs are stored when needed. My coffee was really small. I expected a normal cup of coffee. It was hot and good though but it was the worst B&E roll ive ever had. I dont eat out very often at Shopping Centres but I wont be going back to Muffin Break again. Not recommended.
The mocha should be called diabetes. It's sickly sweet, the worst mocha I have ever had
Love the girls at Muffin Break, they never cease to make me laugh with their humour and wit! Amazing coffee and the service is the best around!
Love the no extra charge for non dairy milks. Coffee is fantastic 99%of the time. Great service too.
Since the head office has taken over things have changed I can't use my reward card so no free coffee then the card reader for the banks don't work no wonder customers are leaving the girls are wonderful trying there best but you can't get blood out of a stone head office fix the shop please
Poor customer service by the young lass working there. The older staff though are amazing and always 100% with their customer service
