I only usually order a choc milkshake from places like these. The choc milkshake was good tasting and had a unique flavour. I spilled it all over the Post office on carpet by accident- but that’s another story.

Although, I felt rushed by the staff and seating was hard to get. Then their card payment machine broke… stood around for like 10 mins and then had to wait another 5-10 for milkshake. It isn’t a huge wait, but it was an inconvenience. I think this experience was a one-off, I’ve only been twice.maybe if I come for milkshakes more often, I can give a better review:)

The lady that works here most mornings is very friendly, super quick and efficient. Coffee is always good.

Extremely rude staff at Morley Galleria. Ordered 2 mighty mini meals and only received one scrawny gingerbread cookie to break in half for my kids because they ran out of their normal cookies. They wouldn't give 2 of them. What would have happened if someone had ordered 1 meal? Stingey and rude.

I bought the coffee-toastie-muffin combo to wait for the shops to open on a Sunday morning. I got the coffee and the muffin and was told the toastie will follow. After 10 minutes, I was almost finished my coffee and the muffin and the toast was not delivered. I went to the counter to ask the staff about it. They forgotten about the order and 5 minutes later brought the toast. Ten minutes passed, the other staff came to clear the table but did not cleaned the table top. I guess the management needs to train their staff to better provide a decent customer service. I'm sure won't be coming back nor recommend this muffin break shop to others.

Extremely rude staff. Ordering experience was terrible. Asked one of the staff to clean our table and he didn’t even replied back neither bothered cleaning it.

The counter and coffee machine was dirty which was very unappealing. The staff member was nice but she was the only one working so everything seemed very rushed.

Rude customer service, if you can call it that. Put takeaway muffin cream side down into the bag. Coffee was burnt.

Rude customer service on every visit - made my coffee in about 10 seconds with no effort, they never put cutlery or butter with muffins for takeaway, they just chuck the muffin in a bag. They have an $8 special on a small muffin and coffee.however it is over $10 for medium coffee and muffin. Cannot justify how it costs an extra $2 to upgrade coffee from small to medium.

Very disappointed as I usually love Muffin break. Placed two orders. One order was completely forgotten and then when made was given an iced latte with no milk! When asked where the milk was, cashier rolled his eyes and asked "now you want milk with it! "
Completely shocked he didn't know how to make an iced latte and how he treated me.
Very disappointed won't be returning.

A couple of weeks ago, they had their muffins at half price. I only realised when I got home they were stale. I felt really sick afterwards. I will not be going there again!

Got a free coffee for signing up to the app. It was literally not even worth drinking. Was too hot and burnt. The guy made it in 10 seconds, with no passion, and almost hated giving me a free coffee.

Displays require attention and to stock hi-lo milk. However good customer service. Possibly don't have the milk so damn hot it instantly burns my mouth making so the next few hours my mouth is trying to heal and tasteless.

Rude, abrupt service to my elderly father today, served by a lady with an attitude who was only worried about how fast she could serve us so she could cut us out the way to serve the next customer. As part of my terrible experience, my dad wanted his muffin break rewards card scanned but apparently it was too late as the order had gone through? Everything seemed too difficult for this counter person, she even swore under her breath towards my
Dad: NOT ACCEPTABLE. Noticed her terrible service towards other customers also including another elderly lady who didn’t deserve her takeaway coffee thrown at her on the counter when it was ready.
Never going back to Muffin Break Morley ever again and I will be sure to spread the word on the poor customer service. Treat your paying customers with more respect, especially your elders. So disgusted with my experience today!

I went to the cafe in the late afternoon to get coffee. Unfortunately when I got there all the tables were occupied with dirty cups and saucers. After waiting around for a while, a staff noticed the mess on the tables and decided to clean up the cups and saucers, but unfortunately, the mess from coffee stains and muffin crumbs were left there. He didn't even bother to come back to clean them up. That was not the worst thing that happened. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and provided really bad service. She should get proper customer service training to improve her attitude!

Very bad experience today. Coffee slopped over cup
and saucer and the staff member gave me a bunch of
serviettes so that I could clean it up myself. There was
so much coffee in the saucer it took a whole bunch of
the serviettes. I accepted that with a smile but when
the spinach and fetter tart was served I found the bottom pastry
was raw. Upon requesting another one, it was almost
thrown at me and no apology offered. The second one was
worse than the first as it had been over heated in the microwave.
Staff with bad attitude.
