Muffin Break

The man working seriously needs to be fired. The attitude on the man is out of this world. I ordered chocolate chip muffin and a cappuccino to dine in. I watched him rush my coffee, he burnt the milk to the point i couldn’t even drink it because it was so burnt. My muffin was cold and tasted stale, i told him and he said that he doesn’t have time to make a new one. DO NOT COME HERE

Great Family Café. Owners are very genuine and friendly, I always leave there feeling well looked after. They provide a warm experience with they're unique touch to the franchise. I can always go in with the certainty of great coffee and fresh food. Very happy with the service.

Paid for 2 sausage rolls. Didnt realise they only put one in the bag until i drove back to work.

Every time I go to this Muffin Break I leave disappointed. There’s never enough staff on (usually one poor girl!). Today I went and ordered a lactose free flat white and a lactose free baby chino. Luckily I had a sip of the baby chino before I gave it to my toddler as the milk was SOUR! If my poor child had drank it, he would’ve ended up extremely unwell. I also tried the flat white and surprise, it was also SOUR. The milk was OFF. When we returned the coffee to the owner, he gave us funny looks and said “the milk is in date. ” He then tasted it and proceeded to give us funny looks. The coffees were made with new milk but it’s not good enough. People could end up very sick from the lack of care. I certainly won’t be returning!

When I open the pie it was so dry it looked like it was three days old
My dogs would even eat it

Google showing they closes at 5.30pm, but they refuse us for dine in at 4.20pm.
Poor customer service, and food and coffee is pretty average.

NEED EXTRA STAFF - 2 People frustrated waiting to be served at counter.
I ordered coffee and cakeI received cake unfortunately I didn’t receive my coffee I waited 20 minutes I think she has forgotten me. I have to leave as I have an appointment. Oh I have it now but have to skull it. Young lady is doing her best on her own…. And she apologised…. Oh another stuff member arrived 1pm Thursday

Absolutely appalled at the service and quality of the food and coffee. Always new staff and sorry they don't have a clue. Alot more staff training needed to improve. Do yourself a favour and start now.

I support the last person’s opinion, the place has the best coffee! Also try the Blueberry muffin!

Went to Muffin Break for breakfast this morning with a friend of mine, we ordered a toasted sourdough with bacon and egg which was rock hard. We called over the waitress and complained and she said she would speak to the chef. 20 minutes later and still no response from either one of the two people that were there, the chef and the waitress.
I would not recommend purchasing breakfast there to anyone and neither will I be going back it sucks.

Wasn't that busy, still had to wait a long time for my sausage roll and pastie only to find out that it was microwaved.if I knew that I would have probably gone somewhere else. Coffee was good though.

2nd time here and no change, muffin was dry and not very tasty. Coffee yet again tasted like burn or off milk. Muffin Break central may want to do a quality control on this site.

I just wondering how do they heat those pies etc? Yeah still cold and couldn't finish them, what a waste

Poor customer service. Asked if there was a muffin and coffee deal/special, was immediately told yes! So ordered a muffin and coffee, only to be charged the normal price for both. Came to $9.10 for an average tasting coffee and pre made muffin.

Wont be returning.

Dont bother ask for a ice chocolate received a plastic cup full of ice & cream definitely wont bother again over priced

The absolute worst service. Got attitude form when I arrived. I asked for Lactose free milk they gave me soy, i asked for skim milk and they gave me hi-lo.

Dont waste your time or money here.

Staff are so friendly and always have excellent customer service. Every time I have visited, the coffee is at a high standard and never disappoints! Love it here
