MUDRA Yoga

From the minute you walk into the Mudra Yoga Studio you feel the calm energy of both the space and the teachers. I love the tranquil setting of this unique basement studio and the variety of classes they offer.
All the instructors are friendly, knowledgable and so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy the yin and flow classes look forward to going every week!

Walking down the steps to Mudra Yoga you immediately feel a sense of calm wash over you. Soft music greets you firstly and then a huge smile from one of the incredible teachers. Each and every one of them has their own unique style of teaching and they all make you feel comfortable and safe. There is a class for all levels. It truly is a wonderful environment!

Love the welcoming vibe that the instructors all create at the studio. The studio itself is a fantastic physical space for yoga. The instruction and flow is brilliant from all the instructors. There’s a tangible enthusiasm for sharing the practice of yoga.

Lovely place and great classes! I unfortunately couldn't sign up though as I work full time and they have very poor number and times for classes. No early morning times at all which is disappointing as I would have signed up otherwise.

Love this space. The team at Mudra are super friendly and I always come away feeling so much better after a class. Beautiful room in a heritage building in East Freo - highly recommended.

When you walk into Mudra yoga's stunning space, you immediately feel at home. Greeted by smiles and positive vibes, you know that each and every class will be different, and yet you will come out feeling the same - completely at peace and a lot more limber ;) Cannot recommended this yoga studio enough - I walked in on day one, and haven't looked back!

The beautiful environment and incredible instructors at Mudra allow you to completely immerse yourself in some quality “me” time to reset, re-energise and reflect. As soon as you enter the room, you are greeted with a giant smile and an aroma of essential oils that sets you instantly at ease and ready for class. I find the pace of class easy to follow and a perfect balance of movement and stillness. With a great soundtrack always accompanying the class you are guaranteed to forget anything other than where you are in that moment.

If you are looking to try yoga for the first time or a seasoned yogi, I could not recommend this place enough.

Mudra is a new studio that has opened in the basement of the old brush factory in East Fremantle.
It’s a well appointed space with fans and air con for those warmer months.
The teachers are warm and welcoming.
As a beginner in my yoga journey I tried all the different classes in offer they were all great.
I would highly recommend trying out the classes on offer, you won’t be disappointed.
