Edit: The initial 1 star review triggered a flurry of activity. I received multiple messages/calls, an apology and even a voucher being offered.
So I guess it’s fair to say Mike and his team do care about their customers after all. - still disappointing it took a bad review to get what should be an expected level of service.

I got a one line response to my enquiry and my follow up questions simple got ignored. —

These guys were lovely, brought my old bike in as the chain kept coming off and gears were causing issues. He suggested to turn it into a single speed bike. Picked it up this morning and it runs super smoothly (not creaking at all anymore) they also adjusted the handlebars for me which was very thoughtful. 40$ for the repair seemed very reasonable to me.

Movement Systems was recommended to fix my ebike. The guy was skilful and professional. He discovered the problem and explained the issue to me. There are lots of bike shops in Perth but when you come across one operated by someone with great depth of knowledge and an excellent range of bikes, both electric and push bike, why go elsewhere. Highly recommend.
Bought another ebike, a beautiful red TEBCO Discovery on advice. Australian made. Adjusted to my specifications (frame and electrics) with some cute bike jewellery thrown in, I’m a very happy owner.

Was looking into getting my bike serviced here but who ever answered the phone was sadly rude, rushed me to get off the phone and wasn’t helpful or kind with the information he gave me about servicing my bike. Disappointing because of all the good reviews

These guys are always helpful! They've been carrying out maintenance on my electric scooter and electric bike for a few years now and work is always spot on and priced very reasonably. Highly recommend.

Really helpful local bike shop. Had some troubles fitting a new tube and was back and forth all day to the shop. They were friendly each time and threw in a free tube for my new spare. Will be back for a service/parts in the future.

Took my ebike in and they went above and beyond making custom brake pads for me
highly recommend them to anyone and very reasonable on the price considering they spent over 2 hrs on this

Always get a fair price and a good result never an issue with the service in the ten years of movement systems fixing my rides

Bought a second hand bike that my son loved but due to heavy rain didn’t test ride. Rode it once and didn’t like it. They took it back without question and we upgraded to something he’s happy with. Great service!

I thought there was no one there, but they're actually on the back. I told the guy that I need a light bike for my daily commute within certain budget. He showed 3 bike options and I tried 3 of them. The size was perfect for me and all in great condition. I was very happy that I found a bike that suited me best and he helped to fit it into my car. Great service!

Bought a second hand bike after a couple of trial rides and pleasantly surprised to hear that it’s guaranteed for a year. Would recommend.

Over priced, not knowledgeable about bikes. If you want a cheap bike and don't know anything about bikes, sure you will think its a 'bike shop' with good price.
Blow tyres which i got brand new and said they were poorly made. They throw something on it and charged without me knowing, also over priced product.
My bike was unfinished after the services, which is very dangerous. They said they will fix it up. But i'm not going back there again. Rather paying extra in an actual bike shop.

Huge range of new and 2nd hand bikes and accessories. Really cool collection of old choppers hanging from the ceiling and walls. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They've helped me fix issues with my bike as cheaply and as well as possible.

Was a great experince, with no fuss. Every bike up high was not a problem for the guys to get down for us and let us go for a ride on every bike till we made our choice. Great service thanks Mike and Steve

Great service, very helpful and fair prices.
As an overseas student you need to be mobile in Perth, so the first thing was to buy a second-hand bike from Movement Systems. It was a perfect consultation and a great deal. Since, I have only experienced excellent customer service. Once I had difficulties to change my normal pedals to clip-in pedals, so I just came by, and they helped me immediately without even charging for it. Another time I screwed up my gearing, again they fixed everything in no time and spared me further frustration.
I can highly recommend them!

Got my first mtb bike from this shop, really cool staff, fair price, and good advises I HIGHLY recommend them
