Fantastic staff and wonderful experience, works wonders for the body. Been coming here for over a year and has helped me get back on track with my sport and everyday life. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here for massages for over a year, now, and very happy with it. Olivia is my masseuse and she's great. Really gets the tightness and knots out, is friendly and offers advice for self treatment between massages.

Nice ambiance; some clinics seem more like hospital rooms but this is much more relaxing!

Average pricing but with a 20 discount for every 5th massage so works out cheaper than average!

Excellent service from reception to specific specialists!
I use the superb, empathic service and skills of Angelo, he has kept my legs and feet in top condition as I am a patient of type2 diabetes.

Dr Angelo Velho has been awesome with diagnosing the precise things happening with my flat feet and recommended easy to follow & practical rehabilitation tips. He explains it all in plain English so you can follow along with the treatment plan.

I can’t recommend this practice enough! I’ve seen both Saleena for physio and Angelo for podiatry over the past few years, and I know I’m always in good hands every time I visit. Not only do they provide stellar care, but they always send me home with great rehabilitation/strengthening exercises, and most importantly peace of mind. I saw Isabela for some physio on my glute. As well as massage, she did some dry needling which made a big difference. I only had three sessions which, with my at-home exercises, did the trick.

Everyone here was really friendly and professional. I had a massage with Tawnee who was very careful to check what I would be comfortable with, did a phenomenal job and eased my back pain considerably, and gave me great advice for ongoing management. Highly recommend
