The moment we entered the store we where greeted with sincerity and exceptional customer service, as we had travelled from the southwest, Alan had made our trip so worthwhile. The range instore was fantastic the
product knowledge was first class, we needed to make a long term decision for a NDIS purchase.
After visiting a number of stores down south none had the range or the expertise instore, the quality
of the product and options available was great and the flexibility to change things around to suit me was
so pleasing.

I went in looking for a scooter for my father and met Alan. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and the complete opposite of pushy. He was more interested in getting the right piece of equipment for dad than just making a sale. Gave me great advice and was a genuine, kind person that just wanted to help. We recently purchased a stair lift through Motobility Mandurah. Alan was fantastic. He is informative and went out of his way to accomodate us and find the right product that suits our needs. The installers who were Guilly, Ned and Matt were respectful, professional, efficient and they explained the product and it’s use clearly. We are very impressed with all those involved in helping us achieve our needs. We highly recommend Motobility Mandurah.

Honestly we can't recommend these guys highly enough. We have bought an Electric wheelchair and a new manual one from these guys. Alan is Lovely and genuinely wants to make sure your chair is the right one for your needs. They went over and above to get the foot plates in the right position for Sharon. When a bolt dropped out, they came over and put a new one in that day.

Very spacious with lots of equipment for trial. Great range of scooters. Comfy adjustable beds and lifting recline chairs. Best of all is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

The staff are only interested in providing what will work for your particular need. That is a bonus in itself. So friendly.
