Morris Fresh IGA

I never write a review however my recent experience has made me leave this poor review. This store is incredibly disappointing for shopping. They frequently sell expired products, and even when you present a receipt and request a refund, they display a complete lack of concern and refuse to reimburse your hard-earned money. Their customer service is exceptionally poor and don't seem to care. Why would we support local business if they can't support us? I will never go back to this store and will be supporting big brands at least they listen to you and action immediately. I hope their management realises and can action and look into their policies and keep up with food standards. You have really disappointed me Morris Place and lost your loyal customer.

A great IGA with good variety and fresh foods. Bonus Lottery kiosk inside too. Friendly staff.

Well.it is not often I am lost for words, so finding it difficult to express HOW AMAZING TUCKER FRESH IGA CHRISTMAS CATERING was. Extraordinary to say the least! I swear, there was not one dish that we could fault & we tried, lol! Delicious, beautifully cooked, amazing presentation. I think the only thing I can think of is that there was way too much! The broccoli? Vegan salad was to die for, the bees knee's.
Thank you especially to Ari for your attention to detail, professionalism & making Christmas food so incredibly beautiful & easy, very much appreciated. Also, thanks to all the staff, special mention to Ruby (who also went out of her way to help me organise this) at IGA, Morris Place. Hope you all had a fantastic Xmas, your team certainly made ours out of the ordinary & spectacular. Much appreciated & gratitude to you all for an amazing effort. I found their prices were more than some other IGA stores, so we only shop there for the convenience of their opening hours. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had a mesmerising visit to this iga. I was in anguish and in dire need of peanut butter because of my nut withdrawals. Ever since my wife took the kids and ran I have had this crippling addiction to nuts. I am thankful to this iga that they had a substitution to the other nuts. Will remember this for the rest of my life!

Always enjoy shopping here. Staff are so helpful and the products they stock are pretty good. Have a kiddo that has dietary requirements and I can always find plenty for him here.

Great IGA, quick and easy to shop for all your weekly essentials. I was served by Magleeta today; sweet, polite and all round great service. I will definitely be shopping here more often. Plus, the fruits and veggies here are really fresh.

Complain on nightfill supervisor.
Its been couple of months working as nightfiller at morris iga. Once i had my car breakdown and couldnt attend the shift and that i have informed in the group chat before 12am as per the norms. But later pritesh (supervisor) have removed me from the group and doesnt want me to continue. When asked for the reason he simply said i have missed out something. But when asked for detail explanation he didn’t reply anything. To be truthfull, he doent possessed any leadership quality to supervise. I wonder how the hell had he been appointed. Of many let me expose few:
1. He doent know how to talk and supervise the work. Until 8pm when manager are there, he seems so humble and acts innocent. After the manager is gone his barbarian side turns on.
2. He dont know how to distribute the work well. Those who work sincerely, he keeps on ordering and those who dont, he cant say anything at all.
3. Very partial when it comes to work distribution.
In fact dhruval and kishan are far better than him. If nightfill supervisor is not changed, all those who works sincerely are going to leave when they get other jobs and that had been happening until now because they leave the supervisor not work. If you don’t believe me you could also conduct a short survey on the matter.
Hope the owner and manager will take my recommendations into consideration and do something so that other colleagues get just and fair treatment at work place.

Unfortunately for some reason over the last few months, I've been getting over charged many times with their SPECIALS not being passed on at the checkout & having to return products due to being OUT OF DATE, eg Yogurt.

I've lost my trust in this IGA & I'm having to check everything.
Today was Sour Burst lollies $2, charged $3.
Many many times, not just once.
Have spoken to management but mistakes are still happening.
Beware consumers.

Great little shop! Has everything you could need. But only 3 stars as some of the staff need to wear deodorant. The smell of body odour is very of putting when looking for something for dinner.

Great IGA. Large selection and love the fresh baked bread/roll/pastries selection. Fruit/veg is always fresh and reasonably priced. Despite big chains having supply issues, Morris Fresh has been well stocked. Staff are fantastic, super helpful and have got to know us by name. Love supporting local.

A great range of products, well-priced with some good bargains to be found. I particularly like their selection of locally roasted coffee beans: inexpensive, recently roasted and supporting local roasters. The staff are always very friendly, particularly at the checkout.

My local IGA - just down the road from my house so super convenient to get the odd grocery from. I must say the staff that work at the checkout counters are always so lovely and smiley. There's one paticular girl I've been to a few times and she has the nicest demeanour, always wishing you a great day with a big smile on her face. Definitely makes going there much more enjoyable

I like going here when I'm in a hurry parking is so easy for a quick shop at IGA and the local butcher next to it has nice meat also

Good service. Has a local feel about it. Sometimes weird characters around but you get that every where.
Really nice lady who works there and also a Indian lady works there. They’re both really nice.

Mmmhh! You can't beat them in their lamb chops for freshness, quality and price. Did I mention their friendly staff? Been shopping here for 5 years now.

Quite a good little shop. Didn't have what I specifically wanted, but it was 7: 55pm on a Saturday night.

Excellent service and a great range of products. Lotto and scratchies available soon as the local newsagent is retiring, IGA will take over Lotterywest availability.
I can highly recommend Morris Fresh IGA.

Nice shop, but just an FYI, always check your reciept. I have gone to this place 4 times recently and bought something on special. Everytime I go to pay I am charged the full price. I have had to tell the checkout attendant everytime but nothing changes. Apart from that it's a good store.

Could not activate my Frequent shopper card because the shop Morris Fresh IGA Innaloo does not exist on IGA web site?

So I called Morris Fresh IGA Innaloo for advise but no one answered, then was told to leave a message but immediately told the message bank was full and the line went dead.

What have I learned.

1. IGA website is not updated, Morris Fresh IGA has been open for many years and is still not on their web sight.
2. They are to busy to answer their phone to help customers in need.
3. Their message service is full and you are given no options.

Summary IGA head office and indepent stores do not care about their customers.
