I always come here for my albums, very clean and nicely wrapped with such nice staff and services () I pulled Felix AND Hyeonjin WOOHOO! I’VE BOUGHT SO MUCH ALBUMS FROM HERE AND THEY HAVE THE MOST VALUABLE ALBUMS My favourite shop of all times! ˚₊⁎᷀ົཽ≀ˍ̮ ᷀ົཽ⁎⁺˳༚

Even though there's an amazing amount of K-pop goods. I had been to the store several times but this time the Korean owner was quite passive-aggressive. She is extremely strict on the return policy, for example, whether the product is either a little bit dirty (a spec of dust, hair, etc.) or has been opened according to HER return policy. I don't see any enthusiasm whenever she welcomes a customer to her store. She was also rude when talking to me.

Whenever I take the effort to go to the city I almost always find myself in this shop. As far as pricing goes, there are definitely cheaper options available online, but I sometimes find that it’s worth paying the extra 5-15 dollars just to skip wait for shipping. I’ve heard stories of people having issues with customer service (especially regarding returns), I’ve personally never experienced this myself (as I’ve never needed to return anything). So keep that in mind, or ask about the return policy before buying an item. It has a decent selection of albums, and the staff are very helpful when you’re looking for a particular item. I will continue to visit this store when I’m up in Perth, as it is a good addition to my road trip (paired with bubble tea, of course). If you have friends who are into Kpop, I highly recommend making a day out in the city to visit this shop, even if you think the prices are too high, it’s still worth checking out. For the fun of it, at least.

Very unprofessional. Had a misunderstanding about an album return but the shop owner was extremely rude and did not want to listen to what we had to say.

We were shocked at the owner's overt rudeness. It's such a shame that the quality of the items didn't match that of her attitude.

Today was such a bad experience of customer service. I enquired about a possible faulty with an item but the woman working there was very aggressive and defensive about it. There would have been no return or exchange policy for a FAULTY item according to her words which is absolutely ridiculous! It turned out to be all a misunderstanding but the staff should never be so rude to the customers and her policy is outright unacceptable. Very disappointed in the shop despite the many goods they sell there. I’ve been a regular customer there for several years but today’s experience tainted the special item that my friends bought for me.

This shop is an amzing shop! As you may know australia does not have many kpop shops but this shop is amazing. The staff is so nice and very nice customers. Last time i visited was in Oct but definily coming back this month.im a stan that is a bit broke but they have reasonable prices. The staff is so sweet. If this shop was closer to me i would go everyday. I highly recommend to fellow kpop stans who want merch.also do you sell astro merch?

So much stuff! It was literally heaven for me and hell for my mum (who was treating me to a couple albums), the lady gave me free posters, so sweet and wholesome and I loved it plUs I fed my kpop addiction:)

This is one of the best stores I have ever went to and I literally love everything about it, they sell lots of cute stationary pens and lots of albums it has lots of BTS and lots of kpop I have been there multiple times already and it is very much worth my time and not to mention the owner is the most sweetest person in the whole world I really recommend this store to you. ️

I adore coming here. I always spend at least $600 on albums whenever I get the chance to visit. The staff lady always lets me get extra posters and has the patience of a saint. I will always recommend this lil store to WA K-pop lovers.

Ive been shopping here for a while now and the store owner is the sweetest person ive ever met! Shes always lovely to me when i come in! And she's extremely helpful when looking for certain items! These bad reviews are really upsetting to see because its not true, although the albums are pricey you're literally paying for the price of the album + the shipping price of it online so you cant complain at all.im always happy to support my local business <33 i hope yall continue to do so too.

I have been to morning glory many times and my experience has been great every time. The staff are super friendly (whenever I have trouble finding an item I want to purchase the staff are always very nice and help give me recommendations and ask if I would like some help or if I would like to place an order if the item I’m looking for isn’t available at the moment, overall the staff are really sweet) Also morning glory has many k-pop merchandise such as albums, posters photo cards and more and it is a great place to visit if you are a k-pop fan. If you haven’t visited morning glory I definitely recommend you do, it’s a great place. Also I have one question, since I haven’t visited morning glory since late January I would like to askknow if you have any “ NCT DREAM RELOAD ALBUMS” available at the moment? I would very much like to purchase one if they are available:)

This store provides a variety of gifts for children and teens. It also sells kpop merchandises, such as calendars, lanyards, photos, lightsticks, and bags.

I love it got all of my favourite K-pop groups best shop I've ever been to and not even that expensive posters are around $10 banners under $30️

My experience in this store was, strange to say the least lmao.story time, last saturday me and my friend (she dresses goth and i was wearing a black hoodie and pajamas) went into this store and looked around for a good while. SUPER overpriced so we didn't buy anything.when we left the store, my friend burst out laughing and said how one employee was watching the live footage of us going through the store and the other two employees were replaying through the footage to make sure we didn't steal.ive never felt so scary

THEY ARE SO! OVERPRICED!
it's 10 times cheaper to shop online.

While the store was nice and there was lots of things in the store, our experience with the staff was terrible. After my friend and I had browsed the store for about twenty minutes, the store owner asked us to come to the front desk to check our bags. After checking our bags and seeing that we hadn't taken any items, she accused us of "looking suspicious" and rudely kicked us out of the store. We were baffled and offended. We tried several times to speak with a manager but we were either hung up on, or our call was dodged. When we finally got ahold of someone (the store owner, herself) she explained that "she was curious" and had reason to kick us out of the store. After explaining that there was no need to kick us out of the store (as we had done nothing wrong), she ended the call in frustration. What's infuriating is that the shop owner couldn't take responsibility and acknowledge that she made a mistake. If you enjoy being accused of shoplifting (simply because of the way you look), Morning Glory is a must-see.

The store owner is the sweetest person. I love having small conversations with her, so friendly!

I went to Morning Glory around January this year and was blown away with the amazing stock the kind lady has there. Definitely recommend going! One question though. Because I haven't been there in so long, I don't know what stock is currently in or not and I was wondering if anyone knows if they stock DREAMCATCHER stuff there. They aren't as popular as other girl groups so if no one knows, that's alright. Thanks!

Great service and friendly staff. There's also kpop albums! OMG!
I bought the BT21, couple of masks and mechanic pencil. After I've paid, I'm looking for the mechanical pencil leads 0.5 and asked the staff, she said to look it at the front of the cashier but I couldn't find it. Couple of minutes later, after my friend paid, she brought me the mechanical pencil leads and it's for free. I'm so happy for that. Thank youuu. Will be back again for sure.
