Went to the store to buy a Giant Roam 2 bike and was just told they don't have stock. Not interested in even checking in the system for supplier stock availability.
Selective with customers. Lost my business. Bought the bike else where.

I turned up to this bike store a couple of minutes before they were due to close and wanted to purchase a bike bell. It is a small, but important purchase because my autistic son's bike bell had broken the day before and he will only ride his bike with a functioning bell. The staff were understanding, empathic and friendly. I would highly recommend this store! A+

After getting the run-around from one of their competitors I went to Morley Bikes hoping to salvage a wasted morning. Wish I had have gone there first. The staff member I dealt with wasn't just a professional, but also a good-natured person in general. They took the time to work through the options, features and costs, and made it easy to make an informed decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike.

Two blokes working on a Saturday morning were very professional, service as you walk in the door was friendly and super helpful. New tube repair on the spot in 5-10minutes. Very happy.

New owners. Spoke to Wade and he was super helpful, not rushed like a lot of other places and was happy to help out. Haven't picked my bike up yet (so can't comment on price or quality of service) but great attitude and friendly helpful staff.

After a fair bit of shopping around Morley Bikes was the most friendly and helpful. Always happy to give advice without pushing to purchase. Looked after me after I did buy and needed to move interstate also.
