Beautiful shop, called in on the way to Margaret River. A business that puts a lot of love and passion into their products.

Like to drop in browse this wonderful little haven in Cow Town and browse the wondrous items available. The scents assailing the senses when entering the shop are enough to make anybody smile. Great asset to the Town. Keep up the great work.

I love this place, all the beautiful hand crafted soaps and I was super tempted by the anti-ageing line they’ve brought in since I was here last. I wish the incense wasn’t there as I find the smell of the incense overpowers the smell of the soaps. I appreciate the samples of select soaps as I have scalp issues and I can see if the soap works for me without committing to a big bar first. I love liquid hand soaps so I’m crossing my fingers that one year we visit they’ve introduced a liquid soap range

The soap smells and looks amazing, the prices are good especially when you get one of the bundle deals and the customer service is great.

What a wonderful aroma when you walk through the door.
Staff so f friendly and helpful.
We brought a few soaps, my favourite is the lavender, it has left my skin feeling so soft and the scent stays with me.
Highly recommend the products.

You can smell the gorgeous aromatics of this store as you approach the doorway - simply divine. We've been buying this soap for years, and now use it exclusively for the quality, variety of scents and the all-natural ingredients. Our hands down favourites are Casablanca and Blue Danube, but we like to throw in a few different ones to try each time we buy in store or order online (but invariably come back to those two!). If you know anyone with sensitivities, Moon Haven have several soap lines that are formulated especially for delicate skin types, including goat and soothing calendula. They also do an extensive range of other natural skin and beauty products, which smell lovely and look good, but we haven't tried them.

My new fav soap shop. Went through when leaving the south west region. I wish I had known about this earlier. Tried the soap we got today and it is sooo much more creamier then other handmade soaps I have bought elsewhere. The smell is also more intense. We bought some bathbombs too but have just come and have ordered online! Cannot wait to try everything

Moon Have is the best shop for all Natural Products. I love their soaps they are amazing. So much to choose from Skin Care Aromatherapy Oils, gifts etc. Highly recommend Moon Haven if you are ever in Cowaramup

My favourite soap company! These guys are small batch with awesome business sense! Visited once in 2013 and since then have not stopped buying from online with a free delivery and super quick service it’s worth all the effort.

To be fair I did try to find some more local soap makers around the east coast to try and cut my carbon footprint but sadly mum and pups shops around here don’t offer any convenient shopping!

Absolutely gorgeous shop with homemade natural beauty and soaps galore! The owner is so knowledgeable and lovely - bought a tarot deck I’d been looking for a while to find, as well as a beautiful scrub. I can’t believe I didn’t stop here earlier! Must do on trip down south.

We bought their Thieves Oil for diffusing and the Shower Steamer (immunity one) because we were suffering from covid infection. I normally make my own Thieves Oil but as I did not have my kit in Melbourne we decided to order from Moon Haven. FANTASTIC products. Our place had fresh air with windows wide open and the healing aroma of Thieves Oil to not only disinfect our home and keep it smelling clean and sanitised but it also reduced our tendency to cough through the night. I intend to order more products in future for family and friends who could also benefit from the healing qualities of their products. If Thieves Oil was good enough for the Bubonic Plague it certainly has its place in the Covid plague. Well done Moon Haven for being the only company I can source in all of Australia that offers handmade Thieves Oil products at a reasonable cost.

Absolutely love this place. No trip to Margaret River is complete without a stop off here. Their products are amazing, especially their "Universal Ointment". We all call it "The Magic Cream" in our house! We have been using it for about 15 years, (not the same tub, lol) and use it for everything, it truly is amazing. My teenage daughter has just started using their skincare range, which is proving to be equally amazing.

I have been using Moon Haven products for around 12 months now. I dont go anywhere without my Calendula Salve, it had been amazing for my whole body post baby. I can also use it for any little rashes that come up on my baby’s skin! Love it!

We love the shop, the soaps are great with good value in store. I just wished the discounts instore on the soap carried over to their website. If they did I'd be sure to buy things online.
