Moolanda Fish and Chips

Decided to take a chance and stopped in here for two serves of fish n chips on the way home from the beach. Boy were we impressed! Really tasty snapper and a good sized serving of chips. And nicely priced just like the old days I definitely can recommend this place! Thanks guys.

This place is like a hidden gem. I was trying to find a place near my house and this was really close. First time getting fish and chips in a while so went here. Ordered a feast for five and the food was so good and filling. Everything was great but I think their chips were the main star of the show. Didn't finish the fish and dim sims we ordered so reheated it in the oven and the batter was still crunchy (I left it in the fridge overnight). Too good.

Best F n C I've had for decades. And very popular too. They must change the oil regularly and properly drain after cooking as it never tastes oilbly.

All the food was delicious and well cooked but the last 3 times I've bought from them the salt has been way too heavy.

Most Disappointed ordered Spanish mackerel for 2 + pineapple fritters, chips & Chico roll @ 545pm I turned up 5mins late to pick my order up under Brett, Another guy got my order and his was still sitting there waiting, I got a Substitute fish Red Spot Emperor (they ran out of S/M) totally disgusted, Greasy Grey uncooked even my cat wouldn’t eat the fish, chico roll was not properly cooked, I’d GAVE One star, too many chiefs, running around, Give this place a WIDE BERTH, unless u like greasy food, 3/6/2022 even slugged a surcharge on using Credit Card

Food was nice and crispy and I didn't expect being served by a kid but still great customer service. 100% recommend.

Terrible spring rolls full of oil chips raw sons fish had part of tail on it, used to be good but won’t be back

I personally prefer grilled fish and this place does it very well. Chips are nice too.

Some of the best Fish and Chips we've ever had and good value for what I regularly get. That said sometimes the amount of chips is a bit on the stingy side and I've also had things missing, like a pineapple fritter, on more than one occasion which is obviously a bit annoying when you get it back home. I put this down to how busy and rushed they usually are but it's still annoying nonetheless. Still worth the 5 stars.

Worst fish and chips I’ve had. Paid $9.50 per piece of shark and they were tiny. Will no be recommending this place to anyone

My favourite fish and chips in the northern area. The fish and chips come in perfect portion sizes. The fish is cooked well and taste delicious. I highly recommend this fish and chip shop.

The food was very nice can't complain about the taste, although the fish portions were very thin. I felt that I was laughed at by staff who are all young teenagers due to my ear deformaty. I won't feel comfortable going back just because of this.
