Very happy with our experience so far, my son loves it, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. He has learnt so much being there the last 6 months. Will be looking to send my second son when he is 3

What a wonderfully professional team and a fabulous place to take my little 3 year old charge.
She loves attending Monkey Bars and is learning in leaps and bounds. We are so happy we found this great place of learning and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who has children of pre school age.

Both my children have attended Monkey Bars pre-kindy. Such a wonderful program to kick-start their learning especially for children who haven’t experienced a lot of daycare to prepare them for ‘big school’. Lessons are fun, creative and full of learning experiences. Teachers are enthusiastic and so friendly, couldn’t be happier with Monkey Bars.

My daughter takes little bit to warm up to people and love how the teachers and staff go at her own pace. Very comfortable environment for both parents and children

Both my boys loved going to Monkey Bars. They always had fun and loved all the educators. Reception was always smiling and willing to help with any issues. Will recommend it to anyone.

Wasted $295 for a couple of classes. Asked for refund because our son didn’t enjoy the place and got nothing back.
Very money oriented people. There are many good places out there that you can take your kids to but not this people for sure.

Nice little play centre, good to keep littleonea busy there is done cafe near to it and a cafe inside the play centre.
Saturdays cafe is not opened and it shuts by 11: 45am aswell. Our kids had alot of fun and also Vale shopping centre is just mins away.

Very bias care with kids of colour! They are just shoved on one side to play on their own. Very racist approach- Nothing is done to promote multicultural interactions. This is really hurtful as you trust them with your most treasured possession and kids are given preferences according to their colour of skin. Acecqa ratings are not credible as when they are assessed they put on a show on that week. Claire the owner who is never present was there for that week to show how supposedly ‘ good’ they are. Goodstart around the corner is 100% better! Have transferred my child there for this term. Good luck to all the mothers of colour! Hope your child doesn’t get the same treatment as mine did.

Absoutely Amazing we do 3 year old kindy and you can hire centre out on weekends for birthday parties. (Worth Every Cent)
Our daughter has thrived here and we are sad to be leaving at the end of the year.

Hello All,
I had a very very bad experience at monkey bars canningvale. I want to put my 2 years and 10 months son to 2 hours class. I called the Manager Claire for the enrolment. She said you can come for 1 hour trial class, if you enroll your kid the same day then it’s free of cost (trial class) otherwise $20 for the trial class. I went there, this is his first time in a different place. He never stayed away from me before this. I mean I have to leave him for 1 hour and pick him up later.
After the class they asked me if I want to enroll him. I said YES sure. In the 1 hour trial class he cried for 8 to 10 mints and other time he was playing and happy. What else you expecting from 2 and a half year old. But staff said he is not ready to go in 2 hours class. So you can enroll him for 1 hour class and u have to be in the class with him. I wasn’t happy but don’t know I paid $255 for 1 hour class.
After paying them I called my friend whose daughter is also going to 2 hour class and they both r same age and she also cried first few days.
So I thought to cancel the enrolment. In the contract It was written within 48 hours you can cancel the enrolment. I called straight away to the manager for the cancellation. She canceled it but did not want to return the money. I left messages and made few phone calls. NO REPlY AT ALL. I went to the centre she wasn’t there, she moved to Margaret river. Staff was very rude as well.
It took me almost one month to chase her coz I want my money back but she started ignoring me. When I told her I will take action against you then finally after one month she returned $225 in to my bank account. After making 100 of calls and messages. She didn’t explain why she deducted $30. After again calling her.she told me $25 is for trial which is actually $20 for the trial class. And $5 bank fee. When u transfer money through account, there is no fee. She transfer through bank account not credit card. She charged me $30 for nothing.

Extremely bad service and rude staff as well manager is moved to Margaret river and left the center to the staff.
When u want to enroll they r very soft spoken but if u want ur money back then thy will show there real face. She gave me so much mental stress after and I spend one month to chase the lady.
Highly NOT recommended.

I have both my children at monkey bars they are amazing and really care for our children and do so many fun exciting things to learn I would definitely recommend sending your children here

We sent our son for 2 years. These ladies are terrific. They also will give you a unique annual report. Robert loved Monkey Bars. He loves school too, I think Monkey bars helped to foster his enjoyment of school.

We have had a fabulous experience at Monkey Bars. The teachers and the whole staff are just lovely. We have done a few terms and have seen our little one evolve and grow under their care, patience and guidance.

Monkey bars is such a wonderful play to let the kids play and mums can relax and have a coffee. The staff are just wonderful and treat us just like family

Great family run business! Well done for all you do. You really care about the kids. I have had both my children attend and they love it.

Dont wanna give a single star even but there is no another option. Very rude head of centre (owner). Has no management and customer service skills. 'Sat opens' clearly mention but mostly its closed on sat and dont wanna take stress to pick phone or call back. I went on sat as have play pass, there was no one, when phone no reply, did msg no reply or call back.

Its funny if u think people dont know how to open door. No one waana waste their time to go and touch the door. Its not about one sat only. It's rediculous to label fool others.

This is the best playschool for my daughter. She's gone to 3 different facilities bfore MonkeyBars and this is the only place that she felt at home. We have been very pleased with the education she receives combined with all the fun playing with her friends. Also the way her teachers treat her as family. She even miss them when she's not able to go to school. I am happy that my daughter has been prepared to be independent and i feel confident too that she will be ready when she go to primary school nextyr. Thanks heaps MonkeyBars for helping my daughter be school ready from 1.5-4yr old. She surely will miss everyone bigtime.

Both of my children have attended / currently attend Monkey Bars, and I can honestly say they are treated like family. Wonderful classes with caring teachers, I imagine I will be coming here time and time again. As for the other review saying Saturday was closed, I was there with my kids this morning and the doors were open!
