Shopped here twice.

First time ordered suckling pig with 3 months notice. Turned up to pick up for Christmas and despite 3 month pre-order was presented with frozen suckling pig wrapped in ripped black garbage plastic with freezer burns all over it.

2nd time was a counter order for premium Wagyu for shabu-shaubu. Out in the floor, was told it could be cut to any specification. Once approaching the counter, one of the butchers gave me the option that it could be frozen for ultra thin with a 3 hour pick up PLUS COSTS FOR FREEZING or he could do it "at thin as possible" with a normal knife on the spot; opted for the latter. Was presented with 3 bits of steak of about a 1/3rd of an inch thick which was pathetic. Then got complained at over the counter by one of the more senior staff that he couldn't sell it anymore because it was cut too thin and ruined.bought it to diffuse the situation but will NEVER shop her again.

Best butcher in town! The staff is so friendly and professional, it's a great experience everytime I shop there.
