We were looking to approach things differently in life. Booked an introductory offer $59 for the month. Meditation has really been great for destressing, feeling peace and mental health. Iva and Neil are lovely kind peaceful people. The centre has a really great vibe of calm, and happiness. We are now meditation "junkies" as Iva said to us. Iva is a gifted teacher, leading you into a calmer state of mind and enlightenment. Try it you won't regret it!

Life can sometimes throw us many tests. We may sometimes feel overwhelmed and fragile. Quite often we try to bring ourselves back to the space of peacefulness that we know resides in us.

Meditation too

I usually go to monad to meditation classes with Iva and always come away feeling ready to face the week ahead wth Iva's knowledge and wisdom. Today I had my first sound healing session with Iva. It was the most blissful healing experience I have ever encountered. I actually felt like I was floating and the sound energy really revitalised my body and soul. Iva and Neil are the most loving, wise and most welcoming people you could ever have the pleasure to meet. I wholeheartedly recommend the centre for healing and growing on a spiritual journey. Highly recommended. I attend Crystal Meditation and have done a mindfulness workshop. Both have improved my well being. I'm more present. More relaxed. We all need to take time for ourselves and this is the place to come. Oh and I love the little shop for all my crystal needs.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a piece of Monad yesterday when I came to purchase some gifts for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful energy in the shop, you can literally feel the love and intention in every item on the shelf. Products are unique with high quality and most are locally sourced, On top of that they have amazing prices! Iva is so helpful, warming and you feel very welcome.
