Momo Unisex Hairdressing

Valentina cut and curled my hair yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! She really listened to what I wanted and worked with my hair type to create the most beautiful long layers thank you so much!

I came to the Salon after my hair was ruined by another salon. I had white blonde hair which looked terrible on me. The staff at Momo came together with a plan and executed to perfectly. I am so happy, this is the best colour I have ever had. Thank you so much guys

I have finally grown out my curtain bangs and have had front layers to blend them out into my hair for the past 2 years and was in love with my current hairstyle though just needed a trim, it was unrecognisable that I ever had bangs and I liked it a lot. I said I wanted my front layers starting from under my chin which is how I usually get it. The lady cutting my hair took a huge chunk from the front and cut it without hesitation. I meant that I want the shortest bit (and only a thin bit) starting from my chin. She cut what resembled thick badly growing out curtain bangs and it really upset me. Especially since I was not asked if that was okay before she cut that huge chunk. I could only sit and watch and hope she made it better as she had already cut it at that length. Instead she told me she was done soon after and I was very unhappy with the hair and had to walk her through every small step of my layered hair cut which was very exhausting. I am still very unhappy with my haircut and very sad that I’ve lost a thick chunk and length of my hair at the front of my face I’ve been working so hard to grow out. I usually have a great experience at momo though this experience has made me really upset and I’m afraid of letting anyone put scissors near my head again.

I had a wash, and blow dry today at Momo and is super happy with my new look! My hairdresser Grace did an amazing plus gave me tips on how to style it at home.

Went here for the first time today and saw apprentice hairdresser, Sian. She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, making sure everything she was doing was what i was wanting for my hair. Gentle, knowledgeable on products and eye for detail. Absolutely will be coming back to see Sian.

I dont know what's happened to this place but its gone totally downhill. First I was made to wait for quite some time whilst there were hairdressers there that couldn't be bothered cutting my hair - apparently the hairdresser was on a lunch break and the 3 other staff there not doing anything couldn't do my hair? I thought it was a unisex salon? When I finally got someone they ruined my haircut and didn't bother to listen when I asked for the front to be squared off and not to cut my sideburns short. She didn't really seem to be interested in what I wanted and it left me feeling awkward and embarassed with how my hair looks now. It was a really unpleasant experience and I won't be back.

I have been coming to Momo’s for the past three years and walk out a happy client every time! Kaylee is my regular stylist and does an amazing job with my hair! She always asks the right questions and tailors to my requests. The atmosphere is warm and you feel right at home from when you sit in the chair. Highly recommend!

I have bleach on scalp every 6 weeks. Love my visits to Momo, Carousel. Mia always knows how to deliver the shade of blonde I want, and always feels soft not fried, a result other salons couldn’t achieve and I spent years and $ trying. The cut/blowouts always look good and I feel great when I leave.

This caring hairdresser listened to what my Client wanted, and then gave her a beautiful styled cut.
My Client, absolutely enjoyed her experience in this salon. Her joy from this experience at this salon was immeasurable.
My Client is returning for a colour on her next visit because their basins "move" up & down to fit into a wheelchair. I'm so impressed.

First time hair colouring for me. Serrah did my hair colour, she made me comfortable, she listens to me with much patience and she made some suggestions The outcome was awesome, more than what I expected. I felt little bit expensive

I looked sooo good after I got my trim cos as I stepped out all these hot men were winking at me. I highly recommened especially if you want to look as hot as me ;)

This was a really pleasant experience going here, everyone was lovely and the colour I came out with was more than what I had imagined my hair would lift. I'm really glad I went here! The price you pay is the attention to detail too.

I was nervous and hadn't booked but Chloe took over and did an amazing job, and i couldn't believe the price i have difficult hair and she was so sympathetic, kind and patient and made me feel at ease and i trusted her. I feel amazing and so grateful. Thank you Chloe - highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, they are very thorough and take the time to ensure you are both comfortable and happy with service. Well priced and fairly easy to get an appointment. Takes great care of regulars.

Mia did an amazing job with my hair! I came in expecting a simple trim but she went above and beyond to fix my bad bleached hair without adding more damage to it. I've been back for a retouch ever since.
