I got the appointment at the time and on the day I was hoping for, service was great, wash cut and blow dry exactly how I wanted in a timely manner.

Wow! Love my cut! Isn’t it wonderful when you can walk out of a hairdressers and feel on top of the world! I complemented the lovely lady on the cut, She said to me “ you made my day! ” Gorgeous lady “you made mine! ” Thank you so much!

Spent $175 for a root touch up wash and blow dry. The blow dry was done in a hurry and my hair was all frizzy. I could have done a better job. Some of my greys on the side weren’t covered and my new top had hair dye on it so I had to throw it away. Not happy

* it won’t let me reply to your comment. Yes it was at Momos Lakeside Joondalup a few days ago in the afternoon. I won’t be choosing an afternoon appointment again because seems like the staff are in a rush to go home

This is my second time. I am very happy with my hair cut both the times. They are also very reasonable priced.

Zero customer service skills from the hairdresser I had at my last visit. Couldn't manage a smile or any kind of friendly conversation. On top of this my hair cut lasted about 5 minutes. Wont be returning again based on this last experience.

AK always does an awesome job with my hair. She never rushes and I always leaving feeling beautiful.

I am so angry and disappointed with the way I have been treated by Momos, I had an appointment today at 5pm with Geordan for Colour, foils, cut as was told when I phoned to make the appointment that my usual stylist Emily was away till the Saturday, I turned up for my appointment to be told I was now booked in with Emily at 4pm so for whatever reason Emily was now working but my appointment had obviously been changed to 4pm and I hadn’t been notified, Emily and the other girl at the counter insisted they don’t do colour and foils at 5pm so I must have got it wrong, however I have been a customer for many many years and my appointments have always been after 5pm on a Thursday being late night, these girls were not one bit apologetic and made it seem like I was lying about my original appointment, the best they could offer was a colour tonight and would have to go back another day for the rest! I will never ever step foot back in this place and do not recommend booking with them unless they start up a text message service so that you have proof of your appointment, I feel so let down after being a customer for so many years.

The bald guy who seems to be the manager is quite rude in how he can openly mock customers. Quite sad actually.

First and last time! My hair was cut in less than 10 mins. Bulk of the time was taken to iron my hair and boom my hair was done like magic. She said I cut your hair while straightening it! Could hardly see any hair on the floor. All I ever wanted was little cut and she cut nothing at all! I only went to Momo because I didn't have time to go to my guy in the city. I would have kicked up a fuss but I'm not a confrontational person especially during this time. I cut my hair last Monday and spent $45.

Had a lovely experience would totally recommend this salon. The hairdresser did a beautiful job. Was so patient and listened to what I had to say. Recommend what would suit my hair and did a beautiful job.
