Very, very unpolite staff. Worst "service" from all Restaurants I have been. They are annoyed of you, even if you ask a tiny question. Very loud. Awful atmosphere. Food was ok. Will never come again.

Used to come here a lot, but the service just keeps declining in quality. The staff seem to not care about their customers at all, to the point where it’s just bizarre. On a relatively quiet night, I waited nearly 50 minutes after ordering. It is a shame because the food is nice, they really need to improve their service etiquette.

I've been this place more than 10 times.
Every time when I go there, Ordering Services are really terrible.
They been asked use their own apps which is not working properly.
Keep changing to Chinese even if I changed to English.
If I asked to help, those staffs are really unkind and not helping me at all.
Really rude and acting really bad.
Horrible service.
Foods are good but not happy after finished meals.
Feel really bad and can't understand thier acting.
They need to improve theri service, especially serving staffs.
I felt racism from them.
They were really kind to people who speak Chinese.
But we are living in Australia.
Why do I have to through this feeling in Australia?

My husband been there not long ago, lady from the kitchen (good chance she is the female boss) is very rude, talked no manner and no respect, we will never ever go back there

Worst dining experience I have had in Perth. Came with a group for Sunday lunch and was told that no waiter would take our order. Orders were self service, which meant we had to write on a blank piece of paper our orders from the menu. We wrote the codes given in the menu (e.g. A5) and the rudest male waiter came and informed us that only writing the menu code was unacceptable - we had to write the whole name of the dish. We ordered 16 dishes so next ten minutes was spent writing out the names of all the dishes.

No apology for slow service (rice meals were eaten and finished long before steam dumplings made their appearance), no appreciation of 16 handwritten dish names, no "thank you" throughout, even at payment. In particular, the young male waiter serving us was appallingly rude from start to finish. I have never left a restaurant a bad review because I know f&b service can be tough, having done it myself. However, this kind of rude dining service is unacceptable. I liked the food but will never go back again.

We used to have good experiences at this restaurant, but our last few visits has been very disappointing. On three occasions, they forgot to place our order, making us wait for long periods of time. Two of the times we did not have so much time. They never ever compensated us for their errors.

After so many bad experiences there, we decided to give them another chance. We were served by an incredibly rude lady, never smiling, never saying thank you, and has an attitude problem. We asked about a dish and she made a judgemental face. When I paid for our meal, she very rudely just walk away, never saying thank you. I'm so sick of restaurants hiring people who treat us like trash, so now I'm never ever going back.

The food was great as always, but unfortunately we had to deal with the service staff who made us feel not welcomed. A pity.

It used to be good. For some reason when I visited again today, dishes taste diffetent and not as good as before. I feel quite disappointed.

Good flavour, poor service + portion. The rice dish meant to be shredded pork but could hardly see any pork in it. Half of the plate was onion. Waved for many times until the waitress noticed me and she didn’t forget to chit-chat with the counter for few minutes before getting to me.

For a place with a decent rating we were pretty disappointed. Dumplings were average and other plates were run of the mill. Maybe im picky maybe i expect more from a "dumpling house"

I have been customer here for a while and
cannot fault the food as it is awesome!
However this new policy of no eftpos systems available before 4: 30pm has now turned me away. I personally do not carry cash around and will not be making a special trip to an atm so management can save the surcharge costs.
Remove the policy and i will return.

I’ve been this restaurant many times before, and I had a good impression of it, delicious food and awesome service, so recently I went here again, the food I had was okay but the service was so bad, especially the cashier person have had a very cold attitude, talk to me by instruction tone, she has a grumpy face, no polite words, seems like I owe her thousands dollars. I won’t come back again.

North Eastern Chinese Dumplings for lunch.

After 5 years l, back to have lunch again at Mom's dumplings. I noticed price increased which is okay, rich menu which is good however the seafood/prawn toufu wasn't good, the prawn is really small like small shrimps which didn't worth 20 plus dollars.

Shrinked size of dishes, zero customer service, dark atmosphere, the only good thing is food tasted okay.

I went for lunch. It was really cheap/good value for money. But i wasn't impressed by the funnel dumplings i had. Maybe they can give some special sauce for the dumplings?

Three star for their waitressing service. They were not diplomatic and tactful in their approach to new diners. We booked for 18 diners including children but more people turned up and there were empty tables nearby, with nobody in queue and they refused to give us the tables saying they were for walk ins. Try to convince them the extras were walk ins, they did not relent. Anyway, one family left to make space. The food was good if you like dumplings and mainland Chinese food like Szechuan hot dishes.

The spacious space and parking lot were nice. The only thing you had to do was order food using a QR code, and it was in Chinese. I had to go directly to the staff and talk to them so they could teach me the English version. Even though it was an English version, it was very inconvenient to pay because it was in Chinese again. This is why the service is rated 3 points

The food was so delicious. Stir-fried tofu and ground pork. The pork belly noodles, shrimp and chive dumplings were all delicious.

Recommended if you value food more than service~

The food was delicious, ordered a variety of dishes which came out pretty quick. Worth a try if you're in the area.

Don't go there if you want atmosphere or table service. You go there because the dumplings are really good. Great range of dishes on the menu, all good.
