Fabulous service and I was super appreciative of them being accommodating to me when I was running late.

Doctors are lovely but reception staff are abrupt, rude and not helpful. Some compassion is required in this role.

Dr Wu conducted a comprehensive skin check and took samples for biopsies. She has a clear strategy on what remediation work will be undertaken once the results of the biopsies are revealed.
I feel very confident that Dr Wu has the experience and skills required to ensure my skin issues are professionally treated and managed.

Absolutely excellent service from the receptionist to the lovely caring attentive doctor. Felt totally at ease during my check up and the doctor really let listened to and responded to all my questions as though she really was interested and cared about what I had to say which put me at ease and made me feel like she saw me as a person not just a number or just one more patient to get done with for the day. Such a totally different experience from the Inglewood Clinic when I have been getting my check ups and treatments for the past 18 months. My daughter suggested I change over to the Wembley clinic because I mention to her that I always felt uncomfortable going for my check ups and after every procedure something always went wrong such as an infection which required emergency lancing and draining and a huge bleed on another occasion within a few hours after surgery, both needed treatment at Midland hospital emergency dept. The only reaction to this at my next appointment was complete indifference and what felt like a total lack of interest in even hearing about it at all like it didn’t matter to him at all. This attitude combined with no eye contact, facial expression or conversation at any of my appointments eventually became too weird and led to my decision to change over to the Wemberly Molescan Clinic and I am so glad I did because it was a totally different experience. I just wish I had done it sooner.
