Parking was easy, in a convenient location. Didn’t have to wait long, was seen quickly by the doctor. Friendly receptionists. Good service.

Very impressed with the thoroughness of the skin check procedure. Sun spots found were treated there and then.

Reception were pleasant and appointments ran on time. Unfortunately I did not think my examination was thorough enough & the sun damage on my face, which was treated with "dry ice" has not improved appearance but made them more noticeable and I now have marks where there was non before.

Arrived 5 mins early for appt, was told that Dr was on time, but after waiting nearly an hr, questioned what was happening. No communication at any time from receptionists stating Dr was running late. Reasonably happy with Dr.

Really nice staff. Open early on a Saturday which is great. They must be good because somethings you have to book six months in advance.

I have been attending Moleskin Midland for several years. It can take several weeks to get an appointment but that’s probably because I like to see a particular Doctor.
I do find the reception area quite bland and boring. No TV monitor to watch, which is a bit disappointing as now we can’t have magazines because of COVID.

Reception could be a little more welcoming!
Had a full body assessment, bit of a confronting process 1-1 but Dr very professional in his manner. No wait time at all. All done for another year. Good price and I already have the Medicare rebate refund.

I was seen very quickly, docs running on time. Doc I saw was very informative and understanding. He explained the information clearly and in 'layman's' terms. Overall, very happy. The lady at reception was gorgeous. Had a beautiful demeanour and very helpful.
