In West Perth for holidays from our Canadian cold, we kept walking by this salon and it was closed - not unusual for businesses in West Perth. My holiday photos showed how dark my hair had turned since my choice to go short and “grey”. Fortunately or unfortunately the grey never took over leaving me with flat brown hair. Today the Italian vibe salon wasn’t close being a Friday mid-afternoon so I walked in to check on pricing for 1/2 head of highlights. She quoted me $152 AU and could fit me in later today or tomorrow. Done. She asked me to have a seat and to complete a customer form. Staff were all attentive and more than one offered me a coffee, tea or water. Angela came out in about 15 minutes and showed me to a chair for a chat about my expectations. And she then moved me to the colour area to show me her recommendation (light but not too ash) and started the magic. Took me four magazines worth of time to cure and then I was treated to a lovely shampoo, head massage and toner. Angela also suggested a conditioning treatment because of possible hair needs on holidays for an add $26. She was clear that there was no pressure and also offered a blow dry but I was aware she was juggling clients and so I declined. The assistant dried my hair to the point that we could check the colour. Magnifico! Upon leaving the bill was higher than quoted $200+ ($152 + $26 is still under $200) but the overall quality and professional experience seemed worth the added cost. When in Perth, I will most definitely return. Grazie.

I had a fabulous first experience. Foils, cut and blow dry. Angela was professional and personable. My hair looks great. All management and staff very friendly and welcoming. Very relaxing atmosphere. I will be back.

First time I went there, and the service was amazing. Sat me down, offered a magazine & tea that came out beautifully presented.
The stylist listened to what I had to say, the colour came out perfect! The cut was amazing! First time in MANY YEARS someone cut my hair the way I like it!
It is a bit on the pricey side.but in saying that, the colour and cut was perfection!

Was happy with the outcome of my hairstyle but will definitely not be going back to the salon unless management changes because the owner is a bully, his also arrogant and extremely rude and i have never met someone so up themselves before in my life.

This is hairdressing at it's best. An excellent haircut by an experienced and talented stylist. I came out feeling a million dollars. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you Danielle and Garrod and the team.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, the manager is the most arrogant and rude person i've come across to date.

I feel really sorry for the staff to have to put up with the abuse they must endure on a daily basis.

Danielle and Garrod do a most professional job. Danielle is a magician when it comes to cutting and to colour! From the shampoo to a chilled glass of bubbles, everything about Moeshi is stylish, sophisticated and classy. Awesome team of professionals who know how to deliver a quality service!

I was looking for a local hairdresser close to work and I boy I wasn't disappointed! Angela is just phenomenal, incredible blonde colour every time and the best hair cut and styling I've ever had. She works her magic with years of knowledge and training in the industry from the UK, and I am beyond impressed. Very, very happy and highly recommend.

I went to the salon and the owner a male older man was so rude. The way he spoke to the staff was disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself treating young girls the way you did the day I was in. Will not coming back and I have told many people about my horrible experience.

There should have been a negative rating.
The boss is so rude and has no respect on staff.
The place may well designed.
It is a huge contrast compare to how he behave and think in reality.
AVOID if you can.
