Modus Coffee

Amazingly fresh coffee (best beans in Perth) and superb personal service. My coffee order (coffee grounds) got damaged in the post, and the owners personally delivered a fresh bag to my doorstep! The pastries and eats are also deeeeelish.

In total paid 45 for 2 brekkies and coffees. The eggs on toast was burnt and came with a under cooked egg. When you add avocado it is served on the side and very watered down.

They ice coffee comes from a bottle …. I asked if they have different milk like soy or almond and they said no and that the ice latte come in a bottle? So weird I won’t come back.

Do not recommend the Ice Latte and Chai Latte.
Ice Latte is just an expensive, weak, sugary coffee like a something you'd get from the supermarket milk section. Chai Latte had no flavour and also just basically milk.

What’s not to love? !
The honey glazed crueller is LIFE CHANGING. The cold brew kicks you into gear. The vibe is great.

Easy access with parking and close to Lake Monger to walk off those extra calories.

Get the donut. Do it.

Seriously good coffee efficiently made. All the people who work there are considerate and kind. This used to be en route to my work but now is not, however I still go out of my way to pop back a couple of times a week as they just get it.

Excellent specialty coffee! Good value for money too. They use single origin even for their espresso. I especially appreciate how they have partnered with the farmers for quality coffee bean supply. Nice sitting environment. Friendly and coffee-knowledgeable staff. I'm thoroughly impressed!

Beyond good coffee and exceptional staff. I go out of my way to go here for a coffee. Every cup is always consistent and served with a smile. Make the effort and get yourself a coffee from this amazing cafe.

We visited this shop this morning but we are very Disappointed. First time saw the ice latte in a glass bottle took from fridge.the Ice latte also Not good taste and too much milk. Not recommended

Absolutely top notch; coffee, service, food and vibe!
Super fast service and they actually notice their customers.
My litte one is usually asleep in the car and I can park out the front and they notice me go back to my car after ordering to watch my little one.
Then each time they have kindly bought my coffee out to me! Absolutely priceless customer service in my opinion!

Great little shop, smells unreal first thing in the morning with all the fresh baked goods in!

I bloody love the Modus team, and have been supporting them from the beginning. The coffee is always great, the service is even better, and the food is up there as some of the most consistent around - whether eggs on toast, one of their amazing Reuben toasties, or an inventive weekly special. Delicious coffee, has toilet facilities, takes cash and card, small offering of food that’s delicious!

First time going today with my daughter. First impressions were excellent. Friendly staff, great service and yummy food/drinks. It made for a lovely outing with my little one.
