BASICALLY THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN IN OUR FAMILY FOR A NUMBER OF YEARSAND IT IS SAFE TO SAY WE ALL HAVE OUR FAVOURITE DOC ETC.
FOR ME IT DOES NOT REALLY MATTER WHO YOU SEE THEY ARE ALL EXTRMILY QUALIFIED TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY
I HAVE NO HESITATION IN GIVING THEM TOP MARKS BE IT FOR THEIR CARING ATTITUDE PROFFESIONAISM AND MAKING YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE
ANYONE WHO HAS CONSIDERED USING THIS PRACTICE AND NOT DONE SO YET GIVE THEM A TRY I AM SURE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED

Never had a good experience with reception. Always rude and not very willing to help. The medical practice itself is great. But yeah. You don't feel very welcomed. It's difficult to try and book in appointments over the phone. I've had them book in appointments under the wrong names. A bit of a mess really.called up for my partner having breathing difficulties and fully get disregarded. How helpful, it's not like oxygen is vital right?

I dont go to the docs often but when i do i im glad i come to you guys.

My family and I have been coming to this practice since approx 2009. Always found Very Caring, Compassionate, GPS, Nursing staff & Receptionists. Sometimes waiting periods extend as Dr's are in high demand, but go above and beyond with their Clientele. Highly recommend.

My family loves this place. Staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Yulia Wilken and Dr. Yulia Muscat are very kind, professional and supportive. Our kids are always happy after visiting your medical centre.

This place used to be an amazing practice with a great caring team of staff. Nowadays it has turned private and has a greed for money. After being a patient with them for the last 14 years it is impossible to get appointments and
would like to charge fees for phone consults to get much needed script repeats. Very poor customer service which is also supported by their management team

This location is excellent, and very professional in every way, Doctors and Staff, help by listening to your needs. And understand your concerns.

My Doctor was on time as per our appointment even though it is the last week before Xmas and everyone is busy. He attended to my needs very well and professional. The reception was decorated with a lot of Xmas cheer, including wrappings, LED lights and funny posters which made it feel very welcoming. The reception seating is comfortable and with a TV and water facilities at hand so very relaxing.

Thanks to Dr Rob Anderson who reassured me and helped reduce the pain on the skin lesion I was experiencing. I felt I was being listened too, which doesn't happen very often now days in doctors consults, unfortunately.

I am a new paitent with this doctors, have just come out of hospital after a knee replacement, and ended up with a UTI, terrible pain rang up reception at modern was told earliest phone appt is 6 days away. I explained to her how ill I was feeling and I woukd be in trouble if I left this UTI longer, didn't matter to them, simply told ring the after hours doctor, what sort of a doctors group is this, leaving someone who is ill without help. No emphathy for their paitents. Vicky Smith

My wife and I attended modern medical skin clinic today and must say we received fabulous attention, professional &, friendly.would recommend.

Was called in time, my GP was professional, she listens to your concerns and offers the most effective treatment. Receptionists at the front desk are polite and professional, they answer all your questions and SMS - remind you about the time of your appointment. Heaven!

After waiting for 1/2hr the Dr came to me and said she had a meeting & I could rebook that day or she would ring me.
As it was only for blood results I opted for the Dr to ring.
The Dr rang when she said she would & every thing went well.
Great clinic, my wife and I have been attending for the last 8-9 years.

My experience at Modern medical skin clinic as usual was very good and Dr Tom was not only thorough but gave my wife some good advice and was refreshing to hear an open and honest opinion.

Very happy with level of professionalism & care I've been given over years by Doctors & nursing staff.

All staff were friendly and professional they explained everything so I was fully informed before they did anything very happy with my experience. Definitely would recommend this medical centre.

First time visiting and a very pleasant experience all round from front desk to Dr Tom. Would recommend.

Do not see Dr Huong Wei Ting for mental health issues. She is not sympathetic nor knowledgeable on the matter. Came out feeling worse than I went in knowing I got no help whatsoever. If you're after prescriptions perhaps give her a try, but otherwise don't bother.

This comprehensive drs clinic with attached physio, vaccination clinic, skin clinic and chemist is by far the most superior I have been to in WA. You are never truly kept waiting and if you may be called in a little late the dr always apologises but seriously they give the best attention to their patients and it just means the one before you needed it, I always get my share and fill so I’m super happy to ig they’re running a little behind, DOESNT bother me at all. Having everything in one place is brilliant. Can’t highly recommend this clinic enough. You won’t be sorry.
