Mochachos Morley

Ordered the chicken - portion size of chicken was larger than expected - serve of chips very small.

CHICKEN was not properly cooked.

Chicken was served to us, outside te pariré of chicken was warm but the inside of the chicken was cold (like fridge cold).

Brought it back to the counter - they service was friendly enough - took the chicken back.

Then they came back out with the exact same plate with the exact some chicken that I had just returned but just cooked on the frying pan a bit more. I could tell as it had the same cuts into the meat we had made initially.
We cut further into the chicken breast and it was pink / red.

This chicken was not fully cooked, they didn’t seem to care that much that the food they were serving was cold and undercooked.

The cook was apologetic and kind.

We were not offered a refund.

Will not be returning.

However my partner had the chicken burger and that was good - chicken was boiling hot.

Customer service is pretty ordinary.
Food sure is getting more expensive, & the smallest chips serving should be called “tiny”, costing a whopping $6! (No, $5.95 is not “$5”).

***In response to the reply I received, it wasn’t super long ago when I last went, & you’re claiming the size hasn’t changed. Calling your smallest size “big” at all is deceptive.
Accurate = tiny, better, & pricey but big!

I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time for the chips/mains, but then, the person CHOOSES to just rush to the back area when it takes 1 minute to fetch my drink to finish bringing everything over.

Mochachos Morley is a gem for anyone in the area. The team was experienced, friendly and the portions were huge! I love spice and went with the extra-hot chicken quesadilla as recommended - this tasted sooo good and was the highlight to end my “unintended fast” from a day of non-stop work.
I am looking forward to visiting again!

Andy, I know you’ll read this message my friend. I am nonplussed with how amazing your level of care when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

Typically people try to anticipate me and get it wrong consistently. You on the other hand are eager to please by first listening to my order then preparing it with such fine detail! I could tell that you were a tad busy but you gave me your full attention when serving me and my friends from church!

To anyone that stops by please ask for Andy his heart warming smile and gentle service is a meal for the soul itself. Andy mate keep up the

Chips were the size of a sauce bowl. They were also out of the chimichangas. Don't know how they can be out of stuff when they had three customers in the venue.

My partner and I had a lovely meal at Mochachos Morley, the manager and staff were very friendly, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Ordered here tonight and not long after putting my order in, I could see my box of wings sitting in the kitchen window. After a 30 min wait the rest of my order accompanied it. Even after 30 mins not only was half of my order cold, but it was still wrong.
I inquired about the missing part of my order only to have it handed to me after it was dropped on the floor.
The best part of the experience was that the refund was prompt.

Went with my family and friends, all up we were around 12 people. Everyone ordered either their chicken burgers or beef burgers and I ordered half chicken. To be honest my chicken was so dry and no taste and I had to take a sip of water everytime I tried to swallow. Tomatoes in every burger was giving bad smell and taste. I went and complained at the counter but the girl serving us didn't show any concern. We all noticed few takeaway customers also came back complaining about bad taste due to rotten Tomatoes. Well very disappointing service and food quality was very bad. Sure we'll won't be going back to this Mochachos outlet ever again.

Nice workers good customer service but your food will take you 1hour to come. I was told to wait 15 minutes and it’s been 1hour and 10 minutes. I asked for refund but they don’t do refund

If your prepared to waste 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting for food, then no problem

Also the workers were literally chatting and socialising when more than 5 people were waiting for their food 1 hour +

I have been to countless amounts of restaurants with great service, but nothing will ever top my experience at Morley Mochachos. The day you get served by Anwar, your life will have been made! & you know Roger always cooks with love!

Had a nice little family dinner, service was great and so was the food. Roger was very accomodating

Even though the Uber driver didn’t do the right thing, mochachos did he called me up and told me why the food is taking a while and made sure my food stayed warm, made my day feel heaps better, thank you again, very kind

Tonight was the first time I had ever eaten Mochachos and I think it was by fate that I went to the one in Morley.
I done a phone order as I live some 45 minutes away in the lad I spoke to on the phone from the very start was Roger.
Roger was actually that polite and informative when I got there I actually asked him if he was the owner which he replied he wasn’t.
Nas it was my first time experience I phoned in an order not really knowing what I was receiving and obviously I didn’t do it correctly so when Roger realised he actually called me back to make sure that I understood and got the order correct the first time, outstanding customer service there.
When I arrived I waited no more than three minutes and receive my food which by the way was absolutely mouthwatering.
I will definitely be returning to Muchachos but more importantly I will definitely be returning to Morley as Roger has done an outstanding job showing his customer service skills and he has made me want to return to that store.
If you are ever in Morley and feel like a bit of Mexican and some chicken definitely drop in and grab a bite to eat it’s set up in a small food Hall type situation so grab a chair some table and you are good to go.

I was in mochachos on tuesday night and my food was delicious and so juicy the two young boys in the kitchen did and amazing job.

Food was really quick and tasted amazing but the highlight was definitely the free water which felt like it came hand delivered from mount Fuji. Quick shout out to Abygail as well for the amazing service!

We showed up before closing and Abygail tailored to our every need, beyond outstanding customer service. Made sure we had drinks, serviettes and kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good.

Great vibe too, love the cozy atmosphere within the restaurant.
