A couple of months into my training at Mobius, and I'm continually impressed by the expertise, skill and generosity of Daniel. His knowledge and passion for all facets of physical and mental health, and his values are clearly evident in his words and actions
Despite being the eldest member of the "Performance Crew", Dan and his team of coaching staff have continually gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, teach me new skills and support my training efforts. As a result, in just 9-weeks I have progressed further than I have in years at other gyms!

Prior to joining Greenzone, I trained at a Crossfit Gym for 5 years and then had my 2 boys, I had to change where I worked out to fit in with them. I tried F45 and Surge, I then joined Greenzone about a year ago. Whilst I absolutely love the classes and got a lot out of them. I wanted something extra, that’s when I spoke with Dan from Mobius Strength and Conditioning.
I started training with Dan in a mix between one on one personal training sessions and his Strength and conditioning group. Since I started, my strength and technique has grown and I have hit many P. B’s. The conditioning side of things has increased my overall fitness capacity. I really enjoy his programming it includes all the compound movements and Olympic lifting. The variety in exercise keeps it fun and interesting.
Dan through his enthusiasm and knowledge has built a community at the gym, where you can train on your own or with the other members of the group and push each other and have a laugh and joke.
My goal when I joined Mobius Strength and Conditioning was to gain strength and lose weight and I have succeeded in both thanks to Dan’s coaching and programming.

I started training with Dan at the end of 2019 after loving the challenging group classes he was running. His strength and conditioning programs are easy to follow, always fun and have greatly improved my fittness, strength and confidence in the gym. Dans level of knowledge and ideas have blown me away, he also offers workshops on technique in his own time so I have been able to learn completely new moves, correct mistakes I have been making for years and get me out of my comfort zone. Dan's also so easy going, passionate about what he does and is always happy to answer all my questions Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get strong and healthy!

I've been training under Dan for about a year now and it's been the best year of my life in the gym. From online programming to workshops on different movements to one-on-one coaching, Dan's knowledge and passion is something you don't come across often. Most notably Dan introduced me to weightlifting as well as a greater focus on Strength AND conditioning. Dan isn't only a great coach but an even greater guy and I'm proud to be amongst the Mobius Crew!

I’ve been using Dans services for a year now, he’d have to the best PT going around, he’s programs and sessions are always fun and interesting and have got me awesome results, he’s a nice guy full of knowledge, patience and very professional.

I started doing PT with Dan since the end of 2019 when I asked him to “make me super strong” after attending group classes he was running.

Since then I’ve gained confidence lifting heavier weights, learning completely new movements, and love training with a purpose.

Dan has provided easy to follow online strength and conditioning programs, running programs and more recently, with Harry and Dan W, a 5 week holistic course covering yoga, mindfulness, and strength.

Dan goes above and beyond, putting on additional group technique workshops and group workouts in his own time.

His knowledge, positive attitude, and passion for what he does is contagious and I’ve gained a new appreciation for learning all things health and fitness.

Can’t wait to see the Mobius community grow!

Daniel is an incredible coach and trainer. I have worked along side some incredible trainers but none like Dan!
His experience and knowledge in all facets of fitness and athletics is extensive.
Dans programs have aided me to complete all my goals, his programs are easy to understand and are all tailored individually to his clients goals!
You don’t just join Möbius, you become apart of the family!
I recommend Daniel and the Möbius crew to all my friends and family.

Dan is super knowledgeable and passionate about his practice. He listens to you and considers your past injuries/conditions when creating your program.

I’ve been lucky enough to have had PT from him since October 2019 and I’ve noticed such a difference in myself, and the way I look and feel. I started with lower back soreness and he has provided me with a range of tools to help this as well as altering anything I need.

Since closures of the gym, he has been providing excellent online services and it’s really help keep me and his other clients accountable and fit during these times.

He understands that life is all about balance but will always whip you into shape if you ask for it!

I started training with Dan through mobius app. Dan is always happy to help out when needed. Very friendly and helpful. I have also been involved in Dans workshops which I found to be interesting and I learnt alot. During isolation Dan has gone above and beyond in doing programs to suit my equipment that I have at home. I'd highly recommend Dan

I first met Dan for a personal training session and program in the gym, after a couple of months of mainly gym classes, Dan suggested trying his online training app, as I wanted to get stronger. The Strength and performance programs are uploaded to an app on your phone and are designed to suit your own abilities and goals. Programs are never boring, always varied and push you to work harder and heavier. Dan is a great motivator, full of encouragement and always makes himself available. I would highly recommend Dan and Mobius Health and Performance, he is a great trainer and an all round great guy. Dan adapted my online training programs to suit our home gym, which has been amazing during COVID 19 shutdown, I haven't missed a day of training!
