32 Beko 7kg front loading washing machine is awesome
I've had this machine for 4years and would definitely recommend this washing machine.
Great staff and delivery service too!
We have just driven an hour and a half and brought a new bed only to get home to see they didn't give us everything. Not to happy as we now have to wait to get this sorted.
Went in to purchase a lounge suite, tried a few, waited for service, waited. Finally a lady came up to us Carly, asked if we needed help, we said yes, she walked off and didn't return. We left the shop.as we were leaving we saw Carly talking on her mobile and looked at us then went back to talking. Obviously she is not a people person.
I purchased a Bed from Steve and he was informed and fuss free! Customers service was fantastic! I will definitely be recommending and be returning! Thank u
We needed some help today to set up and activate a mobile phone we bought for my friend a few days earlier. Today we were greeted by a young man named Cairo. He was very efficient, more than happy to explain and help two old dodgers who had no idea. Thank you Cairo, it was an absolute pleasure to be attended by you. Note to manager, this young man knows exactly what customer service is about.
Bought a couch from there and asked specifically for a new couch to be delivered, upon delivery they had infact loaded the display couch. When I spoke to management about it he said he had given the new couch to another customer and when I asked for a refund he replied "sure, I will it in 30 seconds anyway" haha the arrogance. Anyway I shop at Good Guys from now on

I spent over $3000 for a laptop and software but the software wasn't activated. After spending several hours trying to install I decided to get a computer technician who after a considerable amount of time waiting for Microsoft and the Antivirus to get back found that the software was not activated. Huge waste of time and money and the manager didn't compensate in anyway or take the blame for the staff not activating. I will not be shopping there ever again.

I live out of town so rang about a fridge and dishwasher, i bought sight unseen.from the lass who assisted me to the drivers who delivered the transaction was a very easy pleasant experience.

Had a great staff team helping me to choose the right electric fry pan combo to meet the needs of a friend who can't shop in person. They were very patient with doing a video chat with my friend while I was in store. I got help carrying the purchase to the car.

I was assisted by pleasant helpful staff as I selected a printer. I commended the staff telling them that prices and demeanor were superior to the opposition.
However, things turned a little sour when I went to pay.
Being a new arrival to Geraldton and never visiting the store before, I noted a cashier was free. I was unaware that there was a staggered queue of customers standing 2.5 to 3 m apart running northward from the cashiers counter.
"That lady is before you! And so is the next one"
By then, there were more customers on that dog leg queue. I joked with these ladies and suggested that ALL go in front of me.
I did not enter the queue. I leaned on some boxes near counter. I can walk but my disability makes it difficult to stand in one spot without support.
At the counter the young cashier took my docket and asked "NAME"
She never made I contact. She pushed the eftpos device towards me. I was not wearing my glasses.
I put my card to the glass panel.
"THAT DIDNT WORK"
I was thinking -welll that would be the fault of your device or the brash cashier who pushed it towards me. All these devices are different. How am I to know where the signals? I am old, I cant see and you arent exactly helping me.
When I put my glasses on, successfully made the transaction, I looked at the cashier. She never looked at me. She never said please or thank you.
She gave me my receipt and said "There you go"
She told me I could get my printer from the side of the counter. Its not like she was going to make any effort and pass it to me. I then had to cross the path if other customers at close range, thereby defeating the whole social distancing measures that appeared to be the initial issue that caused the tension.
I called the store when I left. The call was answered by what I presume was one if the four female cashiers.
I asked for the manager. I was again asked my name.
"Is it anything I can help you with? "
"No I Think NOT"
Needed help with data on my mobile phone. The young man who fixed it for me promptly, very smart, well trained, polite. Thank you, all my stress gone, so I could proceed to do what today demanded with zero anxiety.
Great staff, friendly service and always willing to go the extra mile. Would highly recommend purchasing from a local shop.
The young man who helped me with my phone is such a Person and Mitchell and Brown should be very Proud of him.
He was very Pleasant, Kind and Helpful.
