I have been to these guys a couple of times now and they have repaired 6 pairs in total. Most were a rubber heel replacement and one was a pair of walking boots where soles had totally detached from the upper. I thought about just throwing the boots out but tried my luck by asking them whether they were repairable. As the leather uppers had shrunk slightly, they said it was 50/50; but $30 and a lot of gluing and drying later, they were back in working order. Great value. These guys seem to be experts in their craft. Highly recommended.

Went there today to have my watch links added back on. Great friendly welcome from the gentleman with grey hair. Fast efficient service. Would highly recommend!

First of all the guy is very very rude. He doesn’t know how to behave with a customer.
Secondly we had to come three times just to make a car key and even now he couldn’t make it proper. He just applied oil and gave it to us and said it’s working. He took $75 from us and still the car key isn’t working properly it gets stuck while trying to remove it out.
Last Thursday when we went there he asked us to give our number so that he can call us and give us an update on the key but he never bothered to call us back and when we tried to call him he never bothered to answer. So today again when we went there to inquire about our key and asked him why he never called us back he gave a pathetic reply saying that we didn’t put the number in some bag where he had put the key which we were not aware about because he never bothered to mention it. We had to do around 11 attempts to just make one car key and still its very rough and top of that we had to spend more than 2+ hours, our time and so much extra petrol. If key gets stuck will the company and the guy take responsibility for it and repair it for us? I request the company to do something about and give value for my wasted time and money.

I got him to replace a battery my car remote few weeks ago, now it's not working. I replaced the battery again myself just recently & it works again. Maybe he used a used 1 to save money. That's the only thing I can think of. 1 star is too generous. Would definitely NOT recommend!

The battery i took out had scratches on it.
I bought a 4 pack of new batteries for $10
When i replaced it.it worked well.
What part of this don't they understand.
I never received a warranty card at all.
Check your staff!

I was lucky enough to come across Tony after going to different cobblers. You won't find a better shoe repairer.

Never answers the phone. The excuse was that he is too busy and can’t hear it because he has a machine that runs when doing work! If you don’t answer the darn phone then disconnect it! Everyone is busy not just you! To have to drive from home just to find out what is going on is tiresome not to mention that we are all busy as well. Don’t use that excuse when people spend days and days trying to get through. Arrogant and rude. Left items there and 2 months later I come in to find out it was there for a month waiting but nobody called out sent a text as he says they do. Hopeless place and won’t bother again.

Tony did an amazing job of refreshing my 15 year old RM boots. They were well worn and i thought ready for the bin. They now look great and good for another few years of abuse.

Worst experience ever from a business left a new golf shoe to be built up was told 1 week so after 3 visits over 5 weeks to pick up (20klms from home) was told not ready too busy? Cannot recommend don't bother arrogant owner took it elsewhere and it was done in 4 days

Friendly and fast service! All in all a very positive interaction with respect to a smile and a laugh and a job done well.

Helpful cheery fellow engraved a glass for me, 15mins done. Looks great decent price would go here again.

Left a pair of sneakers and was told they would be ready in a week for a fee of $50. Came back to pick them up in 10 days only to find out they are not ready yet. Came back again on day 12 and they were still not ready so I took them elsewhere. Got the same day servise for $15.

Their website fails to mention that this location does not do remote toggles as advertised online. Super frustrating when you drive all the way there only to find out when you arrive

I had a pair of leather knee boots widened here and found both the customer service and quality of work exceptional.

Left my grandson's sneakers to have the Velcro replaced at 9.00am. Was told they would be ready the next day. Went back at 9.00am the next day and was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I was on a 20 minute only parking bay so I didn't wait. Very disappointed and annoying as I don't normally shop at Innaloo. Went somewhere else and received much better service. Won't bother with Mr Minit again.

Super speedy watch repair and battery replacement, cheap too! Very happy customer, will be going again for any other battery replacements and referring to friends and family!

My fiance and I went to Mister Minnit Innaloo with a few questions about having our wedding rings engraved and the man (whose name I sadly forgot to get!) was incredibly helpful and very kind. Although my ring is only 2mm wide, the engraving is very neat and was completed very quickly. We were both very happy with the result and will undoubtedly be back in future

Tony is a professional in his job and a wonderful human being and is helpful all the time no matter how busy he is, he always takes care of his customers with respect.

Friendly service, so knowledgeable was the shop operator. He knows his trade & does a ten out of ten job. It's a pity his trade has been deregulated. Customer service is in his blood, ask him what he can do, you'd be surprised. If he can't assist you with your request, he gladly recommends alternatives. Does not hold things close to his chest. Very helpful.
