Mister Minit Midland Gate

The owner is an outright liar and a thief.
Avoid this store at all cost.

I got a key cut with a FOB which cost me $79. Fair enough price.
However, a staff member of his cut it for me and it wasn't cut too well so I took it back 2 days later for a recut.

Despite showing him a receipt, he denied even stocking those keys, FOBs or even having a staff member that I described. He said he was at that store all day. (There's two). Totally outright lied to my face and I told him so.

I then went to the other store, where the staff member I had mentioned was there. Before I even said anything he knew exactly why I had come back.
Great customer service.

He said he'd go chat to his boss at the other store, who then accused his own staff member for doing dodgy sales.

No wonder this owner can't keep staff.
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else.

Very rude! He said my handbag cannot be fixed, but I took it to another place where they got it fixed for me in 10 minutes! Avoid!

The guy in charge here really knows his stuff. He went above and beyond getting a new car key cut for me and popping up to the car park to check it. I also had a great experience with much loved shoes that needed new soles, they were done fast and really well. I am happily wearing them again now. Professional, kind, well priced.

I just want to start by saying I was most impressed with the service and the results of me taking a pair of shoes here to have the heels replaced.

I have had these shoes for many a year, but the leatherwork has plenty of life left in them and as such, only needed the heels replacing.

I had previously taken these shoes elsewhere but was left disappointed. The heels fell off after only a couple of uses. Once during an interview (not ideal). I returned on no fewer than 4 occasions to get the issue rectified, but every time, the same thing happened, the heels fell off.

I eventually took the shoes to Mister Minit near to Woolworths in Midland Gate. A few days later I had the shoes back, and I have to say, I am most impressed. The service was impeccable. The results, second to none.

I took my watch into Rhys at Mister Minit Midland for a repair and this guy absolutely new what he was doing from the get-go. He had the watch disassembled in no time at all and as far as complex repairs go he had it in hand (Excuse the puns!). It was fixed in no time at all (OK I did it again). The watch was repaired and returned for an extremely reasonable fee. He even polished it and fixed the clasp. Very happy camper! Thank you Rhys!

10/10 service, which in the end, is all that matters. The guys are friendly and happy to chat. They even fixed my sunglasses for free, happy to recommend this team!

Had a really poor experience with Mister Minit, the gentlemen who was helping me was nice enough when I was there, only after I left and intended to use them did I find out only a third keys he cut worked (very poorly might i add) and the rest were unusable. $60 for 6 keys and couple of add ons wasnt very worth it in the end!

This place was a awesome find, to cut a long story short I needed new key's sorted for my car.
Rang the dealer, and they wanted $2000.
Went to Mister Minit Midland Gate, and found out what I needed, was all done and completed within 45 minutes, and at a quarter of the cost.
Great service, and very friendly and helpful owner staff.

The lady was so polite and understanding to my situation with my car key and helped me for a good price definitely recommend!

Attendant said she could sort out my broken car key in 20 minutes, 20 minutes later it was done and I no longer have to worry about losing the ignition part of my key. Very professional and met her word and my expectations. Thanks again

The gentleman that served me, went over and beyond to help punch additional holes in my new handbag which had unusually shaped holes. He took so much time and care to make sure the holes were evenly spaced.the other places in Midland Gate were either not open or there was no proper assistance provided. I was pleased to be shown such great service and was not charged very much for all the time he took. He did not rush the job despite other people waiting. I highly recommend this business and will be finding reason to go back.

Had a bad day car keys stolen spare key was hit and miss so took fob to mr minit midland and he worked his magic sorted out problem tested it was helpful and restored my faith in people cannot praise him enough.
