I had a great experience today, the lady engraved a crystal vase for my daughters’ wedding. She did a fantastic job, I was so happy with the job she did. Her and the man that worked there was so lovely to me and very happy for me.
Keep up the great work and customer service.

Very poor customer service.they gave my expensive watch to someone else, went few times but did not resolve issue, pls make sure if you gave your watch to them.take a picture and also check carefully

Opening hours are not updated. It says they are open until 9pm on Thursdays. Reached here at 6pm on a Thursday and they are closed.

They need to be more careful while fixing things because that’s what they are for but the thing is what if they are causing the damage, then that’s a red flag. I have just had a very weird experience with them. They have caused a damage on my watch but then they tried to fixed it but it’s not 100% still. After that the person starts blaming me that because of my presence his staff got nervous and they have caused the damage and starts telling me that next time, i should go for shopping and then come back later to pick it up. They are there to fix thing not for the advice or to tell people what they need to do. Definitely not going to them again for anything.

Had a wonderful service from hector! He engraved my baby’s Denzel name on his new Color and it’s I couldn’t be any happier! Love hectors work and his character 100% employee of the year ️‍️‍️‍

They left a huge ugly glue stain on my watch. If you are not sure about how to repair or fix my watch, you should tell me upfront, and I will find another shop to fix it. This watch meant a lot to me, I even burst into tears when I see the damage they caused to my watch.

Dropped off our dogs slip lead today to get the toggle tightened and Danielle who served us was so lovely and had a great attitude serving us, she even remembered us when picking the lead up. 5 stars:)

I got a bracelet engraved here, service was fast (20 min) and the engraving was of a high standard.

I just went back to have the keys RE-cut because they werent working. They still dont work. They fit in the door but wont unlock. Is there another solution?

Wouldn't ever recommend a better place to get keys cut or shoes fixed. Everyone who works here is lovely and incredibly good at their craft. Not only that, but they fixed both my demonias and held on to them for a very long time as I was very busy. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Writing a review for my mother. She went into Angus and Coote to have a few links taken out of her watch only to be told she would have to wait another two weeks. She ended up coming here to Curtis and Danielle and they took them out on the spot no hassle at all. Absolutely amazing service and would highly recommend for anyone needing watch servicing! Will be back in future

The quality of work they do is good but the guy that serve me have a very poor customer skills, he was very rude, not polite and un professionally. Not a very happy customer.
