Miss Potz

Had a delicious dinner here this evening. Lamb Massaman Curry was amazing, and I loved the satay sticks as well. It looked busy even on a Sunday night. Will definitely be back.

Miss Potz delivers - but we come back for the simple combination of barramundi, greens and rice because it’s simply excellent.

Excellent food, there's quite a few Asian fusion menus around these days and Miss Potz is doing it very well. The satay chicken was pure quality, juicy meat, smokey sweet, the two Indonesians at our table even agreed they were excellent. The Singapore crab sauce style prawns, excellent pungent sambal, heat not over the top, tempura broccoli battered was nearly on point, tamarind sauce saved it. Kingfish sashimi in sauce wasn't to my taste, can't win them all. Overall preferred the food here to Lotus actually. Great flavours and a decent wine and cocktail list, really approachable prices as well. Service was on point, very polite and attentive, did their job perfectly however seemed a bit overworked or tired? I know the feeling but hey, excellent job and I will return.

Place is small but it just makes the atmosphere that much better.

Beautiful food and service was decent but the beef rendang needs to be looked at overhauled as it was pretty bad. Apart from that everything was lovely.

Beautiful and understated blend of quality and flavour. Superbly tasty Thai cuisine, delivered quickly. Awesome menu choice delivered with a smile. Duck to die for and barramundi delight. Definitely highly recommended. Shame I live in Wales or I'd be here every night.

It's a 4.5 here for me. The space is small.cosy.but the chairs are a bit hard, and I can see the place being quite cramped with full patronage.
Service was prompt, and I saw them trying their best to cater to all customers, which was nice.
Food wise, the pricing is quite decent for the portion, and the flavours are there. One suggestion is the beef rendang to be slightly less thick. Our sauce was almost to the point of glugginess. It was still tasty (although a tad salty), but I feel like it would have elevated the dish. The pad thai was delicious, and I should have tried the soft shell crab salad because it looked amazing coming out to other tables. Will return to try the other dishes.

Very yummy Asian tapas restaurant as good as good neho in Vic park. The food was spot on curry flower yellow curry was my favorite.the nice decoration inside. Service was prompt. Highly recommend.

We ate at Miss Potz last night and I will never step foot in the establishment again.

The guy that served us SHOULD NOT have been serving tables his 'can't do' attitude was disappointing especially in difficult times.

We had a substantial amount of food left over and we asked if he could please have it all transferred to a take away container. We advised that the one container was OK by us. He refused. He said that he would bring over containers to our table and we could do it ourselves. It would have taken this joker less that a minute to transfer the leftovers to the one container.

We were @ Miss Potz on the 8th February 2023 and once again had food left over. The young girl serving us was delightful and willingly helped us out.

I have a BIG problem with food being wasted and thrown away. I also have a BIG problem with not being able to take away any left over food that I have PAID FOR.

Also, Miss Potz has always been BYO Wednesdays and Sundays. However when we arrived the guy advised that we couldn't use our BYO wine. We explained that when we booked on line there was no notification to advise that their BYO rules had changed.

We asked if we could on this occasion only, drink the one bottle that we had bought along. Without asking anyone, his answer was NO.

Times are going to get very, very difficult for many businesses over the next few months and years, especially restaurants as discretionary spending grinds to a halt.

The last thing businesses need is an employee like the guy who attended out table last night Sunday 19 March 2023.

I have always recommend Miss Potz to family and friends. I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Delicious Asian cuisine and fast friendly service. I love all the wines on the wine list too. Highly recommended.

It was a very tasty experience not too spicy. The result is an Asian fusion combination of different flavor that is quite mixed. We really enjoyed the salt and pepper fried squid: super tasty!

From start to finish fantastic. 2nd time there and will keep going back. Honestly the service was terrific, and they coped with 1 wok going and 1 chef so 5 stars to them

Had the feed me menu with a group of 4. Every single dish was fantastic! Couldn't pick fault, so very very tasty and the desserts! Omg!
The timing of the dishes coming out was spot on.
Had to ask and follow up on a glass of wine coming to the table but if that was the only thing wrong with the experience not doing too bad at all.
I live in Cairns and just wish I could take this restaurant home on the plane with me!
Had a similar excellent meal in Melbourne at rice paper sissors.

Delicious food! We had the dumplings, bao buns, noddles, greens and ribs. All had the best flavours and good portion sizes. The venue is small but we were comfortable.

Don’t let the casual facade get in the way of dining here, the food was simply amazing - seriously seriously delicious, came out quick, service was simple attentive and friendly, four of us ended up sampling most of the menu! We said we’d take home any leftovers as we’d ordered quite a bit of food, buuut we ate everything…then ordered dessert!

The food is amazing and everything is reasonably priced. Book before you go just to make sure you’ll get a table though coz it’s a cute little nook

OMG! This restaurant is a must, the service is prompt, the food is absolutely amazing, delicious and beautifully presented. We definitely will be coming back!

The food presented well and was quick to arrive. For what is supposed to be a sharing experience the lack of cutlery and poor plate choices are what gets this a 3 star rating. Seriously pork ribs with a spoon? Water bottle was never refilled. Add a hard uncomfortable chair.

Food was amazing, service was good and the atmosphere is cosy.only negative is it can get loud inside when full
