Miss Maud Midland

Unfortunately, I found Miss Maud Midland to be really overpriced and the food really subpar. Quite disappointing when you pay over $20 for a meal and it's small, the salad tasted chemical-ly and the lasagne had clearly been frozen and reheated too much in the microwave as it was stuck to the dish.

I wouldn't eat here again.

Bring visitors to Australia I was gobsmacked to be charged extra to sit in their eating area. No other shop does this. The food is already expensive. There is no obvious signage to prepare you for it until you are at the till.

Coffee very average and rushed. Eclair baked a year ago and tasted like peanut butter spread.

Our lunch at Miss Maud Midland Gate was a truly enjoyable experience. The food was made with care and was visually very appetizing, with what seemed like an emphasis on freshness and quality. Our Swedish meatballs were delicious with an authentic flavor that reminded us of our years in Stockholm. Our orders arrived at our table soo quickly in what seemed like less than 5 or 10 minutes.

The service is impeccable, with attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to explain the dishes and recommended just what we wanted on the menu. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, making it a perfect location to celebrate our mother's 60th birthday.

Overall, Miss Maud Midland will be in the future a must-visit for us any time we need a simple but tasteful family dining experience or lunch option.

What a team, what a feast!
I recently organised an event for a large state government entity to celebrate a major milestone. There were a vast array of dietary restrictions and allergies to contend with, as well as a lot of changes throughout the planning. Nicole, Jess and the team were so patient, professional and helpful. Even on the morning of the event there was a change and additional items were required. The team worked with me to ensure that this need was met in a very tight turnaround time, I was genuinely amazed at their efficiency and calm demeanour throughout. The food was delivered on time, the hot items in warmers. The spread was delicious and the feedback from all who attended was marvellous. I can't recommend Miss Maudes highly enough for your next event - absolute superstars! Thanks team!: D

Went for lunch, I ordered the beef burger. The meat patty was gooey in the middle and almost cold. I asked for the burger to be remade. And the burger I received instead had stale buns that had been toasted, making them stiff and rock hard. The chips came unsalted and mushy.
All in all a very disappointing waste of money.

Miss Mauds Midland has the most amazing people working in hospitality!

I work in the shopping centre, I’ve gotten to the stage where I’m a regular customer and most of the staff here know my take away order! Which just adds to the excellent service I receive!

I know I can’t name everyone that works there, but honestly have my day made more positive by Cara, Avonli, Nikki, Hayley, Tamati, and many more!

Cara was the first person who learnt my order, she has made my day by acknowledging me with a smile!

Avonli has made some of my fave caramel lattes, always an upbeat barista.

Nikki who’s also been wonderful behind the counter and as a barista!

I know that sometimes the prices aren’t the most competitive, however the lovely ladies and gentlemen make it the go to place for me!

If anyone from head office sees this, make sure that you support this store cause they are amazing.

The service here is really bad I Sean the chief touching the food with his hands no gloves and the stuff when thay help I put my hat off to jess the girl that does work here really good I order an sandwich and never heard me thay never lesson iam sick off it

Ordered some sandwiches for lunch and was disappointed.both sets of sandwiches were stale. Won't be ordering again.

Had the worst chicken Parma- with no cheese and so small it was size of tenders. The Chicken was cold in the middle and chips were just thrown in the oven and was cold in the middle. My husband and I both felt sick in few hours of eating there. Never again! Horrible experience!

Waiting on line and nobody was service us and one lady was yelling excuse me to get the attention of the workers who were talk and not doing there job like hello!?

How very disappointing a results. I rang Sunday and ordered a large princess cake which would be picked up by my daughter in law at 11 am on Monday. We don’t have credit cards, the girl taking the order said she would tell the Monday staff to set one aside for us. Guess what “ oh sorry about that” as you never paid we didn’t keep one. NEVER EVER will I or my family visit your underperforming shop again. Lots of people don’t have credit cards Miss Maud. Get over yourself. Disappointed to say the least.

I buy my lunch here most days so it was an obvious choice when we needed catering for our exhibition. They were so helpful, professional and well priced. They delivered on time and there was no leftovers

The staff is nice and friendly but need improvement in orders implementation. I have been charged differently 4 times in last 6 days for the same product. Could be better!

For a place where I use too work at for four years. I was quite surprise to see the closing hours have changed to 4.30pm.the food is nice and so are the drinks the service can be more welcoming unfortunately I will find a cafe at midland gate where the kitchen doesnt close at 4 on a Thursday evening.very disappointing.

False advertising. Bought our food & drinks. Sat down & saw the advertisement for buy one milkshake & get one free. When I enquired I was told that it's already been put through the till.sorry. I wasn't aware of this promotion & not asked if I would like the offer when I purchased my daughter's milkshake. Poor customer service and false advertising.

Had the mushroom bowl, came out almost immediately, great for a business lunch.
The sunrise drink is a great refresher on such a hot day

Recommend breaking up the bread roll into croutons for the soup.

The bowl can easily be shared between two people.
