Very nice coffee. The service was very slow, the mushroom soup was not hot and the bowls were chipped. A bit disappointing really.

A young man at the register didn’t even smile when I ordered my coffee. Laura-Ann who served my coffee smiled. I looked at her badge. Service with a smile. Three star because I didn’t feel welcome. I will come back, I like Miss Maud coffee. Hopefully, the first contact is very friendly.

Had lunch here on a Saturday when it was very quiet, 2 x sandwiches were very average, 3 bowls of soup soup was very cold, usual heated in a microwave, basket of chips when not cooked fully and served with tartar sauce, almost $100 very disappointed

I lways buy a particular sandwich from karrinup store and know how much i have to pay. This time i was at innaloo branch, ordered the same sandwich and they charge me $3. Staff were very rude with no manners. No more buying from this store.

Iconic and classic, delectable offerings for a dainty appetite, great atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely ambience, my family and I enjoyed ourselves heaps with our selections off the menu's delights. I can highly recommend it!

Very rude female asian staff member. We were two friends having a catch up. We ordered 2 drinks. A coffee and a tea. Tea never arrived. She hadn't put it on the order. No apology, just rolled her eyes. Will not go here again

Terrible food and coffee. Dry supermarket toast with small dried out schnitzel. Awful chips. Goopy unpleasant pie. Do not enter!

We had morning tea on Saturday morning, which you would think would be.a busy time, but given the total lack of staff, the wait times and dirty tables just piled up. Most people were having to sit at a dirty table and ask for it to be cleaned. This is not a good look or a way to get repeat business.

Its a pity as the cake and coffee were perfectly good. But for heavens sake please hire more staff!

I have been a regular customer here over the years. But no more after two recent bad service it has gone down the drain. First visit took 20mins for girl to do order then was incorrect when it finally arrived. 2nd visit young man couldn't even responded when we said hello order was all wrong i asked for scrambled eggs and bacon eggs not on the toast but separate.order arrived after 20 mins after asking twice.worse loooking scrambled eggs I have ever seen no toast that came 5mins later.coffee was wrong tooMentioned to older lady about our experience said they were short staffed maybe so but that does not excuse the bad service.wont be going back you have lost a valuable customer

Well pretty much experienced a racial treatment by the old lady who was at the checkout. Just wanted to check the soup and she came yelling at me saying I can’t touch the spoon, waited 15 minutes to order a large long black and was served a regular one. People with black or brown skin like me please avoid this place… there are plenty of places to have a nice breakfast … didn’t expect this from Miss Maud

I have ordered Princess cakes and coffees. The girl who took our order hasn't been pleasent at all.
The cakes cost $1.45 more if you sit at the table that if is take away. Is the first time when i have encountered something like that in a coffee shop. The price of $7.95 for a cake slice in a coffee shop is just outrageous and has never been advertised or advised by the person that took our order.
The cake wasn't great. Let me a grainy feel in my mouth. I went for some water but it was warm.
The table we sat it was sticky and had small crumbs.
We will not return.

I come here a lot because my grandchildren like the kids baskets! I tell you what the service in the dining room is dreadful. Tables are not cleaned. Staff on coffee machines who have no experience. So hot drinks are worse than what you make at home. The wait time is very slow so don’t be in a hurry to do other things. Staff tend to wander around not knowing what to do.they get the order wrong every time. Very disappointing. Need a good staff make over and a good manager.

My mother ordered the Cajun Chicken Salad. Almost all of the salad was missing. Just a pile of lettuce, a bit of tomato and 1 cashew. Also ordered a lasagne that was charged for (and paid for) but not brought to the table before we had to leave. Our mistake there, for not checking the bill more carefully.

A disgraceful experience here, 2 of the staff more interested in chatting with each other than dealing with customers, what's with the marshallow cake for $36 that doesn't even have marshmallows on it and the cream was no good the next day as was off, may want to rename this store to Miss Fraud!

Nice brekky.great coffee. Asian women rude. Second visit and because of her last.other staff fine.walked off halfway through serving us.

Hygiene needs to be looked at. Tables not being cleared. Dishes with food scraps left on tables. Tables not being cleaned down between uses. In today's environment this place has very poor practices. No excuses.

Seriously understaffed. No wonder cafe nearly empty at lunch time. Staff on were lovely, just not enough to cater to the few patrons they had, keep tables clean etc. Two tables that came in after me were served food before me. I asked to speak with Manager - no Manager on. Was offered Team Leader but they were on coffee break. Never turned up. Very disappointing.

Terrible service from an old lady with glasses. Put a piece of brownie in a dirty bag (with chocolate cake pieces).

It was a very late brunch & as usual the Waitresses were welcoming & courteous & my meal was exactly as I had ordered which was a slightly altered item Ordered by me.
