Store located on Rockingham Road. First time at this store and whilst it had an agricultural feel the service, or lack thereof, left me guessing as to the most appropriate product to best match my requirement. Maybe this outlet is aimed at wholesale buyers who know what they want? I'm now left to find if my purchase was worth the effort. Two stars at this time.

Secret spot for avid gardeners. Bulk suppliers and seeds much cheaper than inner suburb retailers. Worth a visit just to see variety of products.

Brought one of there 6.5hp fire fighter pumps after 4hrs use bolts that hold pump to motor sheared off in crankcase cover. Rang company to get spare parts eg crankcase cover for motor, 4 bolts for pump to crankcase and the 4 rubber seals for the bolts so the pump doesn't leak. Well i got the usual story from this company and most company's that sell Chinese copies of quality products, sorry but we don't have or carry the parts you need to fix the pump. When i asked them now what am i supposed to do with my 4hr old $390 pump they replied' well we cant help you, so i said well without the parts its useless, am i supposed to throw it in the bin? There reply was YES. My advise would be do not buy anything from this cheap import company as they do not have any after sales service.
Thank god i wasn't trying to fight a real life threatening fire.
