Professional, courteous and kind. Marisa was acting for the Seller when I purchased this home. I found Marisa to be courteous, personable, keep to time commitments and she often checked in as needed. When we moved into our new home, the Seller had left the house unclean unfortunately. Marisa quickly organised cleaners to come in and complete what the Seller should have done. This was unexpected, generous and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Marisa.

Great communicator, efficient & professional. Highly recommended! From our first meeting, Sarah was open in her communication and didn’t hesitate to answer all our questions. She clearly presented a Sales Strategy that aligned with our expectations and was happy to be flexible in working with our stylist.

During the sales process, Sarah kept us updated on how it was progressing, and put in a great effort to find a buyer that was thrilled to move into our much loved home.

Her communication was prompt and highly professional. We’re really happy with the process and thrilled with the outcome.

Mint Real Estate's agent Sarah Bourke, sold us a property in North Fremantle which she stated at the viewing was NOT heritage listed. After the sale was complete it transpired that the property was heritage listed. The heritage listing has prevented our development plans which were key to us purchasing the property. We now intend to sell the property after less than 12 months of living there because we cannot develop it as intended to accommodate our family. This will result in (at least) a loss of purchase costs on a property worth over $1.0M.
The Department of Consumer Protection have issued Mint Real Estate educational advise, reminding them of their obligations under the Code of Conduct per the attached letter. In correspondence to me, Mint have denied any responsibility for the error.
I would encourage anyone purchasing a property to verify the heritage status independently of Mint Real Estate or any agent - particularly in a heritage area such as North Fremantle.

This is a very delayed review - we rented via Mint in 2021 and can say nothing but positive things about Alana as the initial point of contact and Amanda as a Property Manager. Nothing was too much hassle, and what could have been a difficult year was made a breeze.

We've also viewed a number of Mint's properties for sale and Alana and Paul are always laid back, cheerful and matter of fact - a nice change from some of the other agencies out there.

Dealing with Andy and his team was a real pleasure. They were efficient, responsive and friendly, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire selling process. They also showed compassion and integrity. Through their extensive database, we were able to sell our home off-market. I could not recommend Mint more highly.

Mint was fine when we first became tenants (and it was called Nook). We particularly liked it how they would leave little notes after doing a house inspection complementing what we'd done with the place:) There were a number of leaks that they didn't fix but I'm not sure if that was was the fault of them, the owner or the strata. We had to go without hot water for over a week on a number of occasions and they didn't seem to think that was a problem, which I found a bit inconsiderate. When Amanda took over as our property manager, we got pretty fed up with them.  When she first inspected our property,  she commented that the bathroom "smells like Indonesia", referring to the damp smell. This wasn't our fault, as the bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower was leaking through the walls (leaks that we had made them aware about when we first moved in). When they decided to renovate the bathroom (which meant we would be without a shower for over a week) her attitude was that we should just put up with this. My boyfriend had to fight really hard with her to ensure we had access to a shower during this time. When we vacated the property, she seemed determined to stop us from getting our bond back, picking up on the smallest imperfections (many of which were due to the poor condition of the property). She even wanted to charge us for blinds that had never actually been in the property, luckily I double checked!

Been renting through Mint for 6yrs, always quick to attend to any issues with the property. However, only gave a 4-star rating due to the inspection policy. Now, this is ONLY my personal opinion but in the 6yrs I have lived in this property I have had no less than 24 inspections. I know the property has to be inspected, but 4 times a year is, in my opinion, excessive. Which leads to my other gripe, when an inspection is undertaken I find the amount of photos taken invasive and unnecessary. Why take photos of the kettle in the kitchen, the contents of my bathroom cabinets or my Hi-Fi equipment?
Other than that, I have no complaints!
