Customer service here is excellent! Employees were super friendly and helpful with locating and getting down items. The store is also just nice to look at. Aesthetically pleasing and well organised.

I was looking for a present for my daughter’s birthday and staff members jess, jacob and trisha were so patient and helpful to find the gift that I wanted!

Worst customer service and management I have ever encountered. Went inside to purchase a face mask, as I forgot mine at home and opened the packet to put in on prior to paying, it quickly realised the smell of chemicals coming from the mask and left one half off to air it out because it had just come out of the packet. Very rudely the young assistant asked me to put my mask on and I told her “why don’t you ask the reason I am not putting it on”? The 4 girls behind the counter were all listening snd not hearing how I was scared because of the chemical smell in the mask. When I spoke to the manager she was defending the staff member instead of listening to my concerns and worse was talking over me. Bunch of Karen’s and will never shop here again…

Very cool store to find amazing presents for the young and young at heart.
