Disappointed in quality of equipment. Leadership and supervision.
Onslow project is low standard from mrl.
I was shocked to find supervisor telling lies on investigation and lack of care for workers.hr appeared to act as puppets and just as bigger lies from them.
Experience of supervisors very low but some good ones there.
No opportunity for workers to defend themselves and they state this.
No sick days for weekends even if you do 3 and 1.
Sad because potential to be a great work place

Dodgy company who protect their own inner circle even when their supervisors don’t have a clue about what they’re doing and blatantly ignore safety procedures. Bad work environment and prepare to get fired if you dare speak up about any of your concerns.

Supervisors get promoted when they are power hungry little men. Incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. Treat workers with so much disrespect.

Was sounded out by this company several months ago for a Village Manager role. Did the interview, got offered a role and kept being asked when I could start. I explained I'll give my notice at my current job when i receive a contract. Completed the medical, passed that then heard nothing. Chased them up 2 weeks later to be told the job wa s no longer available due to internal.shuffling. Lucky I never resigned.

Recently visited the new MRI HQ in Osbourne Park and the facilities are very impressive and the FOH staff were welcoming and engaging.

I have been working in the mining, oil and gas, construction industry from 2008. MRL is the best company I have come across. Great team, shared work load, family friendly rosters, flexible work culture, a company that pays well above the market rate coupled with bonuses, share options. Aspiring team with clear plan of action. Dream company for any employee. The new Osborne park office is something I still can't believe after seeing, too good to be true with cafe, gym, multi cuisine dine in restaurent on Level 12, barrista Cafe on Level 6, intelligent car park, touchless operation of lifts, toilets, architecture and interior decoration mind boggling. Medical centre on the ground floor, family room etc. Thanks MRL for giving me an opportunity to work for you guys!

Company puts supervisors in charge that have no idea of what they are doing it's a great place for bootlickers but if your a hard worker who likes a professional place to work without the politics then you will never get ahead and be made a outsider just for wanting to go to work go home without playing the little games they all seam to play.

Food is good best I have had in 16 years doing FIFO rooms good equipment

WARNING! This is a company u would work for at a last resort. Great food! Poor facilities. Very strange culture! Inner circle that's allowed to bend procedures that's led by the superintendant at Windarling AMG! Be very careful! Won't be long before we unfortunately hear about a fatality or serious injury on site!

Boilermaker welder, previous employee at kemerton lithium. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, MANAGEMENT ON SITE ARE NOTHING BUT BULLIES TO THE WORKERS THEY SEEM TO THINK BY INTIMIDATING THE CREW AND TREATING THEM LIKE DOGS, GETS THE WORK DONE. HENCE WHY I QUIT.

This is the WORST company I ever worked for. The oppressive management culture makes it impossible to work there. In my opinion my supervisor was blatantly incompetent but well protected. Safety is only when it suits them and if you point something out then you become a target.
