After emergency surgery I was prescribed anti-nausea and analgesics. As I am in recovery, my mother had to pick up my medications for me. She was not only interrogated as to what they were for and why I needed them but they refused to sell her prescribed, over the counter, anti-nausea medications despite selling her the opiates prescribed for pain relief. They claimed the anti-nausea was an authority script.

I had to return to the pharmacy myself and ask why they had refused to sell my mum the medication that I was prescribed and it was due to “only being prescribed 5 tablets rather than a full box, it’s not worth it. ” After I asked if it was controlled or an authority script and then saying no, I said I feel terrible can I please have my medication. They eventually relented and sold me the medication I had been prescribed.

I was then also interrogated as to why I would need anti-nausea. I said due to the strong pain- relief. I was told that none of the pain relief I was on causes nausea…

These people need a lesson in customer service and some professional training.

The most amazing and helpful staff. Always happy to explain things and advice is always spot on. Great prices for both medicines and retail goods.

The staff are always friendly and attentive and do their best to minimise the wait by ensuring someone always strings the counter as soon as possible. Pharmacists are always happy to discuss any queries, in person or by phone. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my script where my doctor specified to have it as a liquid form antibiotic. After a long conversation back and forth with one of the workers she was doing everything she could to push against me getting it as a liquid. Even when I suggested going else where she still manipulated the conversation. I ended up taking the tablets home with me where I came to the struggle of why I can’t have tablets. When my mum called them back in the morning to ask if we could fix this and change to a liquid the worker who served me LIED to my mum about the conversation she had with me. This is DISGUSTING. I should’ve gone else where but at the time this worker really pushed and manipulated the conversation we had and me already being a shy person gave in.

Management need a lesson in HR and legal rights. Discrimination against long term staff. Shame on you. The only "embarrassment" is your professionalism and attitude towards your staff. This will hurt you in the pocket. This is the definition of discrimination and workplace place bullying. Don't even start to think your ok hiding behind the excuse of a yet to be enacted mandate. Disgraceful

Appalling discriminatory& unprofessional behaviour towards staff by uninviting them to a staff function. Disgusting

Appalling, shocking treatment and discrimination of staff. I, my friends and family will never come here again. Avoid at all costs.

Will never step foot in here again, uninviting employee that has worked hard and fairly all year to the Christmas party because you want to discriminate against people that are not vaccinated is not ok.

Customer service here is terrible and better yet the management is discriminatory to their staff. Horrible pharmacy

Great place to buy medicinal items, along side with a great variety of items at a good price to pay.

One pharmacist (Mira) shows poor customer service, lacking discretion, courtesy and common sense. I also question her knowledge following some poor advice she gave me once. Generally lacking, unfriendly customer service in this pharmacy. Returns are also impossible on faulty products. I used to be a regular customer but the build up of bad experiences over the years means I will now go elsewhere. I will be informing the locals I meet.

They say open from 8am till 8pm I got there at 7.59 because my pregnant wife needed her insulin and even after pleading through the glass door, she just said “I’ve already closed the tills up”. I had cash but she still refused.

I am a regular visitor to the pharmacy as I have a very specific script requirement so I know all the people there well enough (though I am a private person so I don't really engage in mundane banter!). All of the staff are warm and friendly, some call me by name, a couple of the female pharmacists will have an occasional laugh at my obvious 'bachelor-ness' XD
Unfortunately two pharmacists are a little too judgmental and quick to jump to conclusions and - whilst not rude - certainly lack the common trait of 'smiling'; plus their eyes betray the stereotype they have pinned me into.
With that said my med's are difficult so I buy the girls there (and couple of guys!) chocolates now and then to thank them. I try to time that for when the nice pharmacists are there!
Overall they are a good pharmacy and are open at good hours, the staff know their stuff and I have never had to wait very long (unlike some of the larger chain stores where I have waited 45 minutes). A thoroughly fine pharmacy!
