Mindarie Keys Medical Centre

I have been attending this practice for 20 years, Dr Benyamine has been my regular GP for approx 16 years consistently. I could not recommend Dr Benyamine more highly, his knowledge and bedside manner is second to none. Through 3 pregnancies, other medical issues and having 2 out of 3 children with special needs I have always had complete confidence in Dr Benyamine. All the staff past and present have been amazing!

I was in lots of doctors in Perth but best service and doctors i found always in Mindarie, today i found my forever doctor and shes amazing, even the prices "on weekends" are better lower than other useless doctors. Very happy of my visit and service in place and online, i found available doctors on night before i love when online services are working so good:)

Have been coming here since I was a little kid, had no problems in the past however since the recent change in ownership, Mindarie Keys Medical Centre has noticeably declined in quality. The doctors are generally ok, although the wait times can be absurd. In the past, reception staff have generally been good, however new personnel are consistently unhelpful, impatient, callous and apathetic. Kellie is the embodiment of these adverse qualities and I hope she is able to work on her attitude and treat patients with greater care in the future.
Conversely, Sally is and has always been brilliant, should really get a promotion, or perhaps facilitate some professional development for Kellie:)
In addition, Mindarie Medical Centre are unwilling to listen to customer feedback when it's been brought to their attention, and lack an appropriate - and very necessary - complaints procedure, which serves to demonstrate just how much of a shambles it is these days.
Would not go back even if I were dying.

Booked for a Telehealth consult which was forgotten about. Had to call hour and half later to ask what happened? Still had to pay full price

I found it quite upsetting watching all the pensioners having to pay for their appointments, and then when it was my little boys turn he’s 3 and we were charged as well. I get that the practice has got to do what they have got to do:/ just broke my heart watching them one after the other fork out $40 or so out of pocket.

My family has been seeing Dr Alya Therwat for many years. She is such a great doctor. Thorough and professional, yet warm and approachable. Wonderful with my son who has Autism. Highly recommended.

The one star is for the service provided by a specific GP and not the practice as a whole. That GP is Dr. Amba Roychoudhury. A standard appointment is 10 minutes. She gave me 2. She was disinterested and hurried in her examination of me and the treatment she prescribed, was later identified by another medical professional, as incorrect. I am now receiving treatment to correct what she incorrectly diagnosed before. Will never use this specific GP again, and I advise others not to either.

Appointment ran on time, excellent care by Nurse and Doctor. Admin support staff also went out their way to assist with a special request. 11/10 from me. Thank you very very much for all you do, every day.

This is by far and away the best surgery I’ve experienced in my 62 years. Polite and friendly receptionists and the best doctors. Will never go anywhere else ever

In Mindarie Keys Medical centre, from the minute you arrive there the standard of care is excellent. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The doctors and nurses are very professional and caring. In my experience the patient gets first class treatment. There are also medical procedures carried out in Mindarie Keys Medical centre which would not be available for patients elsewhere. I am so happy to have registered in Mindarie Keys Medical centre and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a high standard of medical care

My first visit,
the reception staff were very warm, helpful and friendly. My Appointment was with Dr, Anna Ore, I felt she really listened, and cared. She was very very efficient and proactive with my particular concerns. I left her office feeling very confident I was in very good hands. I couldn't be more impressed 10 /10

AlwAys been the best doctors since my move to Australia 18 years. Dr beyamine my go too. People who state poor as the Dr runs late this can happen at any surgery it means the drs really care about people that truly need help.

The reception staff at Mindarie Keys Medical Center are all friendly and helpful. All of the doctors I have seen have been professional and efficient.

Very Busy Practice - appointment was scheduled for 3: 50pm however didn't get to see the GP until 4: 25pm - would suggest given it is a 'local practice' and patients may live close by a courtesy call/SMS to advise the GP is running 'xxxx' minutes behind schedule would be beneficial in managing client expectations and other client commitments.

I am so glad to have found Dr Joel Tan. He saw my husband for a consult and spent so much time with us, listened carefully to everything we had to say. Very hard to find such a patient and empathetic GP, so glad we did:) Thank you Dr Joel Tan!

Amazing service! The nurse in attendance was exceptional and made my son feel so at easy. Best practice for providing care to children.
