We asked for chips for 4 ppl and we got charged $10 and enough chips to feed all of Mindarie
Have ordered several times (snapper, chips, peas and curry sauce). Have found the food quality to be consistent. Fish batter is nice and light, general portion sizes are good. Would order again and also recommend to others.
Service is not the best at all and the food quality has gone down. When I said about having an issue with my order they didn't even bother to try and fix it.
Driving past, and I noticed fish and chips, so I popped in, I ordered grilled fish & chips, which was fantastic, I don’t know what fish I had, but taste beautiful,
I think this is the best and most consistent fish and chip shop in the area. I live further north in Alkimos and there are chippies everywhere but this place is worth the journey for me. The flavour of everything is so clean, the batter is so light and tasty and the chips are hot, crispy and perfect every time. The snapper and Spanish mackerel is incredible. It's not greasy in the slightest. I love their black pudding, white pudding, haggis and battered sausages as well. My wife is a big fan of the grilled snapper. Definitely our regular!
The fish was so nice. I just ordered a fish and chips so it was the house fish. It was way nicer than any of the other shops iv tried around here. Super white flesh and nice and fresh. Not that awful

Been getting our fish and chips from mindarie for about 20 years now and every time it’s spot on. Very generous with servings - highly recommend Mindarie Keys Fish & Chips!
Food was great, the young girl on the register was lovely, the young team preparing the food worked hard, the girl responsible for reading tickets and putting orders together, terrible, extremely slow, so slow over ten orders (including myself) standing, waiting, watching 0ainfulky for over half an hour as the employee struggled to move at a pace fast enough to keep up with the orders. Won't be eating there again.
Great food. Fish is good quality, none of that white goo that some sell.
Chips are cooked just right and a large serving.
They sell corn jacks. A must try.
Service is great as well.
Amazing black pudding and chips. I loved it! Great sized portion too (3.5 slices of black pudding) and a huge serve of chips which I struggled to finish - but I did! It wasn't greasy at all and the chips were so perfectly fresh and crispy. Will be back again for sure to try other items.

Freshest and tastiest shark iv ever had! Definitely tell it’s local! Yum! Food was hot and delicious! Happy with portions too! Will be back
Excellent service.food is terrible to say the least. Iv eaten fifo food for years and that was by far worse fish n chips iv ever had. Safe to say my dog got 52$ fish n chips.
The best fish and chips around, their home made salt and pepper squid is the best around hands down
Hubby said the fish was nice, spring roll is ok but nothing to shout about. Tastes like frozen deep fat fried chips rather then fresh, so that's a shame.

Disappointing Friday takeaway.shark was rubbery, chips were horrible. Pity inconsistent.last visit was good and this below satisfactory. Didn’t enjoy; won’t be back in a hurry.
Totally Rude and unprofessional buisness, that likes to pick on other small fast food buisnesses, and judge them on quality. I think maybe they should look at the quality of their own product first, before being judgemental. Especially the paper thin fish.
